I'm from Cleveland but now reside in Chicago. I've brought friends from Chicago' s little Italy to Cleveland twice. We ate dinner at Nidos and they still talk about the great food!I They loved the food and they felt right at home. Great time and will be back soon.

My wife and daughters just dined at Nido to celebrate my birthday. The food and atmosphere are great. Angelo the owner is always there to greet us and make us feel at home. They have outstanding appetizers. The entrees are fantastic and are made to order. Whether you get cavatelli and meat balls or a veal dish you can rest... More

Was at Nido's last night for a Reunion party. They served family style. Stuffed hot peppers were "hot" and delicious. Calamari were nicely cooked. The chicken piccata was scrumptious, flavored to perfection. Salmon also served in nice large pieces. Ended the meal with a bowl of Spinoni ice cream, my favorite from childhood. The only downside was the waitress. She... More

My wife, daughter and I walked in at 10 minutes before 5pm, it really doesn't open until 5 but door was open. We were greeted politely and asked if we had reservations, we did not. The owner Angelo yelled from the far end of the bar "no walk ins". The lady said it's OK I'll get you in. Angelo yelled... More

Hosted family gathering here for 13 people, the service was stellar and the food was plentiful and cooked perfectly. The dinner was served family style and was wonderful. The service (especially Pam) were extremely friendly, proactive and very attentive. When they saw us taking photos they asked if they could take them for us so we could all be in... More

I am a bit prejudiced because I am familiar with the Little Italy in New York City, not the touristy one in Manhattan but the real one on Arthur Ave in the Bronx where the food is excellent. I give this pace mixed reviews. My wife's salmon ( obviously not an Italian dish but she was on a restricted diet)... More

It was my first time visiting the Little Italy area and after wandering around we settled on eating here. I was pleasantly surprised by this little gem. From the outside it looks small and even upon entering you think nice small romantic restaurant, but the place extends far beyond and can house large groups it seems. We were quickly seated... More

If your hungry for incredible Italian food, this is the place to go! Forget about the rest of the places in Little Italy, this place is it! While trying to find a good place to eat my wife went into a little Italian store where the clerk told her the place to eat was Lido's. we took her advice and... More
