Delicious Anniversary

We chose Fire for our Anniversary dinner and between the Clay Bread, Caesar Salad and the Pork Chop, I'm sold. The ambiance was really warm and comfortable and we had a great time. Once again: The Clay Bread. Try it.

Saturday morning brunch was very good. No standard vegan options (other than toast or a side of fresh berries) which surprised me given the healthy, farm fresh ingredients, but the soup special (lemon lentil) was wonderful. Everyone loved their meal and we had a good time.

Don't miss the "Popovers" as an appetizers. They're like little souffle's. Ideal for soaking up alcohol which there is no shortage of. Fresh ingredients in everything which is refreshing. They aren't just topping something of with a sprig of thyme. We were there with another couple in a dining area near the kitchen but it was not too noisy although... More

Went to Fire for the second time on a Thursday evening. The cocktails were astounding, the wine list has a ton of variety and is stunningly priced, and the food was fabulous. The roasted banana peppers with sausage were excellent and the meats -- the ribeye and pork chop are the best you'll ever taste and cooked to perfection.

Was in Cleveland for business and a colleague mentioned that we should go to dinner at Fire one night. Am I glad they did!! I really was blown away by the food and atmosphere. I ordered the ribeye which is done in a tandoor oven (so different!) with a chimichurri sauce. SO flavorful!! My friend had the half chicken and... More

We went to Fire tonight as a group of five on a business trip. The dining room was comfortably, but elegantly appointed. The menu, while not extensive, had something for everyone and all dishes were delicious and very attractively presented. The restaurant has a bit of a "wood smoke" scent to the air (presumably to support the name!), which was... More

It's been a while since we visited Fire, and it still is one of the top restaurants in the Cleveland area (so many great restaurants and just so many calories). I recommend the duck leg confit, an explosion of taste. Meat fell off the leg. Perfectly seasoned with their mix of herbs on a bed of mushrooms and sautéed spinach.... More

Sometimes, if you go back to a restaurant a couple of times, you are bound to find something that just isn't as good as what you have ordered before. Fire is not that kind of place. I have literally ordered everything on the menu at one point or the other and have never been disappointed! My favorite is still the... More

After shopping at the North Union Farmers Market this past Saturday, my husband and I stopped in fire for brunch. So so glad we did... Stephani, our server, was beyond knowledgeable about the new Spring menu; she was willing to answer any questions we had. Decisions were difficult tho - sweet or savory?.. so many must-trys. My husband is convinced... More

A wonderful place to eat brunch. Brilliant waiting staff and exceptional food. The pork crepes were delicious and the meat fell apart; the wagu hash was simply perfect balance of salty, crispy and richness; the french toast with almond filling was perfectly light and sweet. Impression: Excellent food.Very busy and you should book in advance. Cons: None.
