Dined here for the first time and definitely will be going back often---started with the incredibly delicious appetizer platter which came with hummus, baba ganoush, tabbouleh, lebne, eggplant and their phenomenal ezme. The bread which came with it was a thicker turkish bread as opposed to the pita-like bread you usually get---was delicious all the same. My husband had the... More

Tucked away at the far end of Professor St. in trendy Tremont, Dervish Grill offers tasty Mediterranean treats for a fair price. Decor includes some authentic Turkish items too. They have delicious grilled meats, especially the Adana kebab. My favorite is their homemade "ezme", kind of a chopped relish made with tomato, herbs, peppers and walnuts. Absolutely yummy with their... More

You'll need your GPS to find this Turkish spot, but it's well worth it. Staff is friendly and capable, menu broad enough, and food delicious.

The food was wonderful, especially liked the appetizer platter, which was a meal in itself. What made the dining experience extra special were the owners. They were so friendly and did everything to make sure you enjoyed your food. It was almost like visiting their home. They want to share their culture and food with you. Really nice experience. If... Have now been to this restaurant twice since it became Dervish Grill. Istanbul Grill that used to be in this location was good. In the end, it really couldn't compare to my then favorite restaurant, Anatolia's on the other side of town, for this type of food. Sorry, Anatolia's, Dervish is at least just as good and BETTER is some... More

My husband and I visited Dervish on a Sunday evening after arriving in Cleveland for a short get away. Our food was delicious we ordered the cold appetizer sampler and the kabob sampler to share. There was more than enough for the two of us and it was nice to get a taste of lots of items. Would eat there... More

First time to the Tremont restaurant, with the expectation that it'd be almost identical to Aladdin's. And I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was inviting, with much fewer tables than I would have expected. The group of four came about 5 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon/early evening, of which we were one of only three or four tables present in... More

We came here for lunch on a Saturday (lunch menu is only from Monday - Friday; on weekends, dinner menu is used all day). We ordered zucchini pancakes and baba ganoush for appetizers. The baba ganoush was very delicious and had nice smoky flavor and the pita bread accompanying it was just right. We also ordered the Sultan's Delight and... More

My husband and I had been long-time patrons of the restaurant of Istanbul Grill, the restaurant that was located here prior to Dervish Grill. We were skeptical at first and wondered if it would ever compare to the delicious food and joy we had experienced. We were blown away!!!! Love the food! Always great service and a selection of a... The hummus appetizer is FANTASTIC! We get it everytime we come and we clean the plate. It comes with warm pita and 2 smaller dished dips - one is a spicy red sauce and the other is a yogurt sauce. One of our favorite meals is the Chicken Adana Kebab with yogurt. I have never been able to finish my... More
