There french toast was wonderful fresh strawberrys everything was just the way I like no complaints here and I will be back soon....
We ate here for our first time for brunch and were not disappointed. The space is warm & cozy and quite cute. The brunch menu offers a variety of options. The Cajun potatoes and chorizo sausage were yummy.
A little line to get in thats always a good sign if everyone trying to get into one place from food. They didn't disappoint the food and service was great. Very reasonable price wise as well I would definitely recommend this cafe to anyone I know visiting Cleveland.
Was looking for a different kind of experience and read about Grumpy's on TA. Located in the Tremont neighborhood this is a nice find. Went for a late breakfast and really enjoyed everything we ordered. Omelets are generous portions and the turkey bacon was delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and talkative and attentive to us. Would definitely come here... More
We ate here on the way out of Ohio - after 3 days of mediocre food and pretty bad service in the Cleveland area, I took a chance and searched for "best breakfast in Cleveland", and Grumpy's was at the top of the list. After our breakfast I would have to agree with that ranking. Our server was very friendly... More
Waitresses we're very kind and polite. Found this on TA for our college visit to our son. Took 10 people on a crowded Sunday but since we had called in got a table in 5 min. Great diner food except for weird Cajun hash browns that no one ate. Had a great time and would def go back.
We gave Grumpy's a try for breakfast after reading the positive reviews and we weren't disappointed. I had blueberry pancakes and a side of biscuits and gravy. Both were very good and stayed with me all day (filling). Service was very good and parking was a breeze. The house from the Christmas Story movie is just a few blocks away.
Food was excellent (make sure you try one of their breakfast meats). Portions were huge especially the pancakes - best I've had hands down. The price (~$25 for two with coffee and tip) was a steal. Definitely a must stop.
My family and I were in Cleveland for just one night and decided to hit this hot spot for breakfast before our visit to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It was well worth the stop! I had a short stack of the apple oatmeal pancakes and I was not disappointed. They were tasty and had just the right... More
Located in a very nice and quiet area, you will be absorbed by this local from the moment you step inside. It is one of that places where the locals eat, and with this kind of places you can rarely go wrong. The breakfast we had here was delicious, cajun potatoes and the steak delightful! If you find yourself in... More
