I grew up in Cleveland, but moved away 30 years ago. This past weekend went to Westside Market for the first time, especially to get a gyro at Steve's. I saw it on a Travel Network segment last year and have been wanting to go there ever since. The whole market is worth the trip and Steve's is definitely worth... More

Absolutely the best gyro ever. Made for a memorable memorial weekend lunch for our family. Excellent people watching.

$8 cash for the regular. $10 for the jumbo. FAN-TAS-TIC. I wish I could buy the sauce they put on it. Grabbed 3 and then went and ate them on the balcony at West Side Market. So perfect. So delish. YOU WILL NOT BE LET DOWN!

A must try! Fantastic & huge (two people split a regular). They open at 10am. I suggest going early (we got there at 11:15am-slight line, but not to bad. Perfect for people watching. However while we were waiting the line grew & grew-out the backdoor, so earlier...). Cash only. It was a nice day, so we ate in the park... More

$8.00 - You will need to share it because you wont be able to finish it. For $10.00 three people can get stuffed. BUT beware they dont cut them up for you and allow for long lines.

Best gyros I've ever eaten! I loooove to stop by the WSM & pick up a gyro to eat at the Indian's game. These things are huge and will last you until the 7th inning stretch! I'm craving one right now!!! Their cucumber sauce is to die for & the meat is perfect. If you have never eaten a gyro... More

As others have said: 'Look for the line inside the West Side Market'. They do one thing and one thing well. The gyro is excellent, but the amount of meat is too much. Even the 'regular' has enough meat for two pitas. I guess this isn't really a bad thing... but it can be messy. Either way, it is worth... More

The long line is totally worth it. My son and I came from Dallas and K.C., and THIS was a MUST GO! Get the jumbo if you have a cooler (if you can eat this whole thing, God bless you!). If not, get the "regular." Read and follow "Steve's Rules." You'll see why. Nothing else to say, but this gyro... More

We have had many our share of gyros over the years, none can compare to Steve's located in the bust Westside Market. As others have mentioned, it is located among the busy booths inside the market - heres a tip: look for the long line! There is always a line, but don't pass on by, its definitely worth the wait.... My husband and I visited Steve's Gyros because it was featured on "Man vs. Food". Steve's Gyros is located inside the colorful Westside Market, and is by far the busiest stand in the place. We waited at least 20 minutes in line to order a gyro, but it was completely worth it. We both agreed it was the best gyro... More
