Went to this restaurant based on the Trip Advisor reviews. Unfortunately, we had an awful experience. First, our server made us feel rushed from the time we were ordering until the time she cleared our plates. This was a big turn off when you are looking to have a relaxing dinner. Then the food came... My partner ordered the bouillabaisse... More

Visited before playhouse event. Amanda was our server and she was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave both her preferences and recommendations based on guest preferences. Enjoyed the crispy pork stack, calamari salad and some great wine. Entrees included bouillabaisse and beef shoulder and both were delicious. We'll be back. All staff was friendly.

In town for a Browns game. Our three fish dishes were prepared perfectly. Staff very knowledgeable about the beer on tap and the dishes. We shared a wonderful Shrimp and Lobster Bisque. The bisque had a great sweet red pepper flavour. The artisan bread with olive oil was abundant and when we asked for some balsamic vinegar and shaved Parmesan... More

We ate at C&H for the first time on August 30th. Our table was ready on time, beverage service was excellent. Placed our order and waited; server returned and apologized for not getting our order in. Salads came out and the problems began. My wife ordered the house salad which looked great, however the menu description did not mention jalapeño... More

Came to eat with my family before watching Wicked. One of the best meals we have had in Cleveland. The food, service and atmosphere was excellent. A high energy feel and lots of fun.

I sat at the bar. This was probably my 6th trip to C&H. I stay across the street when in Cleveland. Started with a Pimms Cup. Very refreshing on a hot afternoon. Second one was better. Had a 1/2 dozen wings. Then a steak with a lovely cab. A sucker for dessert, I had the caramel salt ice cream with... More

after eating there three weeks ago i was ill for 3 days. for me it was too much cream and too much of everything that i couldn't handle at my age 74. the taste at the time was delicious but afterwards i realized it was just too much. the menu did not give enough variety of food that would have... Had dinner here last week after going on a fantastic walking tour of Playhouse Square. The restaurant is in a beautiful space in the Playhouse Square district of Downtown Cleveland. The food was just okay -- the fries that came with my skirt steak were way overdone, which makes me think that they need better quality control. There was almost... More

Decent menu, not a huge variety, but enough. Expected a few more specials, but really only one for each category. Acceptable portions, creative menu, food very well prepared and arrive on time and piping hot. The menu online listed side items, but there are none on menu in restaurant. They have gluten free bread available and were very flexible in... More
