I finally dined here after hearing about it for a while. I was quite pleased. I had a glass of wine at happy hour pricing ($1 off). My companions shared a bunch of appetizers that they raved about. My entree, ratatouille polenta was good, but non-traditional. I expected the creamy polenta, this was more 'whole-grain' in texture, but very good.... More

This place just makes you feel good. The food is beyond fresh, very creative, & always delicious. The service is fantastic, especially David the bartender...one of the friendliest in Cleveland. On our last visit I had the broccoli risotto, which sounds somewhat pedestrian. However it rocked with flavor! Highly highly recommend.

This place has the wow factor on every course. Nothing is ordinary and everything is extraordinary. Example, we started with some pretty incredible cocktails. Mostly, custom creations...my manhattan had candy cap mushrooms, bitters, bourbon and vermouth...so arromtic...my wife had a cucumber Collins..so aromatic...from the house made celery bitters. White having the drinks we ordered serveral amazing starters. Then a heirloom... More

My friends and I dined at Spice over the past weekend. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and creative food. The wine selection is extensive and there is a good wine for everyone's budget. The food, ah the food! It was innovative, fresh and delicious. We tried three appetizers and found them all wonderful. Our dinners were exceptional... More

We recently dined at Spice with another couple, and enjoyed the experience very much. The decor is neutral but very soothing, and there is much more space inside than I thought there would be. With that said, I took off half a point for the very tiny table for 4 people; we had to constantly juggle plates and drinkware to... More

The spring pea soup was superlative. I didn't think I would like a chilled soul, however, nothing is further than the truth. I liked it so much, I went back the next day for another round. Everything at Spice is always fresh, organic and brilliantly prepared. Spice is one of Cleveland's best kept secrets.

Dinner for two couples this past weekend. Preprandial cocktails were great, followed by creative little plates and four great dinners. The smokey shrimp bisque special was excellent. My husband was delighted with his lamb two ways and my friend and I enjoyed the ramps and mushroom ravioli. First time but we will be back. Great value and fun venue along... More

Met several colleagues for a Thursday night business dinner. Bar and dinner service were quick and pleasant without disrupting our conversation. I had tomato bisque, beautifully presented, $9, and lamb two ways with mashed potatoes and green beans, $30. Both were delicious. Patio seating behind the building was quiet and not too crowded. This restaurant is one long block east... More

Met some friends for dinner and we enjoyed EVERYTHING! We started with their chickpea fries and sauce- very tasty. The mushroom beignets melted in your mouth. We each had a salad - FRESH. We split the ravioli's (they were out of the one listed on the menu but the substitutes were delish anyway) and than we split the pork loin-... More

I went here after finding an apartment in Cleveland this week. The food was really good. We got the cornbread and chickpea fries for apps and they were delicious. The cornbread is served with some sort of rosemary bacon butter which I didn't eat because I'm not a bacon person. I got the Bibb salad and the potato stuffed ravioli... More
