Terrific little Italian restaurant. We've eaten outside a few times and inside as well. They have a nice selection of Italian specialties. We've been with a group of people and servers are pleasant and the food is always quite good. We enjoy sitting outside watching the passers by and having some tasty food with a glass of wine.

Living in the Chicagoland area, we have access to many great Italian restaurants and having been to Little Italy in NYC multiple times I have to say that this little spot in Cleveland, Ohio was one of the very best Italian restaurants we have ever experienced! The food was authentic and outstanding. The olives were fresh, the pasta and sauces... More

We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Etna in Cleveland's Little Italy. The restaurant has recently reopened after a month (while the chef was in Sicily). Our server was very friendly and our dinners were delicious. Along with more traditional Italian pasta and meat entrees there were three specials for the evening, all fresh fish. The restaurant is small. There are... More

We met some friends for dinner at Etna recently. This small gem,in the heart of Little Italy is very charming and romantic. The drinks are generous, the food is great and it's hard not to linger here after dinner. I would recommend Etna to anyone looking for good Italian food in a cozy atmosphere.

Our group of six adults took full advantage of the variety of fresh Mediterranean offerings. The fresh seafood specials, my ravioli with wild boor meat sauce and attentive service kept us happy throughout the couple of hours at Etna. Good value for the best quality food. Three delicious desserts were our bonus thank you gifts. Cozy and professional atmosphere made... More

Recent dinner with family on a Saturday evening was inconsistent at best. We had a 7 pm reservation and were promptly seated in the small, quaint and packed restaurant. Many patrons waiting for tables surrounded our table with much jostling and noise. Conversation was very difficult with the nearby busy bar and conversing waiting customers overlooking our table. The special... More

Etna is one of our first choices for a nice dinner either as a couple or with friends. The service is excellent and the food is great. The staff makes you feel very welcome. I love how cozy and comfortable the restaurant feels. I always start with the Etna salad and my husband gets the calamari. I usually get one... More

Etna for New Years eve is becoming a tradition.Because everyone agrees it is the tops! It is always the best food, nice atmosphere. Not fancy, just perfect. The food here is done with a simple, perfect hand. This is a high compliment form a family of excellent Italian cooks. Don't miss the Etna salad or the calamari appetizer. As you... More

I took my father here for his birthday dinner, despite his insistence that "no one cooks Italian like my mother." The atmosphere is very comfortable; it is cozy without being cramped, with a nice bar. The wine list had a nice, varied selection. Our appetizers were excellent. The house salad was nicely done with a green salad mix and fresh... More
