Classic Italian in a warm cozy place. Homemade ravioli with slowly simmered ossobucco sauce was delightful. Loved the "Etna" version of tiramisu!

Absolutely delicious, had the manicotti. Very good authentic Italian food, but spent much more than I really wanted to. My entree was $18, most were around $20+ but you could get spaghetti for $15 if you don't want to spend as much. Bread basket was great too. Cozy little place with candlelit tables.

In the saturated crowds that converge during the feast of the assumption, Little Italy swells with all types of Clevelanders. My wife and I were making our way out of the hill and saw the lights on at Etna. Sure, you can gorge on all kinds of street food at the hill, we were looking for a traditional meal. Yes... More

I went to Etna with a friend and we ate real Italian food. The risotto was excellent.....al dente and seafood was very fresh. No cream added as most of the "Italian" restaurants in US do. If you want to eat real Italian food in Little Italy, this is the place to go.

Little Italy is home to some of the better Italian food in Cleveland. Walking through the area on a summer night brings back memories of NY. Friends had suggested dinner at Etna so we jumped at the opportunity. Walking down the steps leads you into a smallish, wood paneled but somewhat dark dining area. Once we were seated menus arrived.... More

We walked here from our hotel at University Circle. We were very happy we came. The food was quite authentic Italian. We had some of the seafood daily specials that were truly delicious. The wine selection was a little different in a good way with a number of interesting Sicilian ones on offer, along with other more standard, good Italian... More

We had a mini family reunion along with some friends who had never been to Cleveland this past Sunday, and my sister-in-law suggested that we have dinner at Etna's. We had a great time. The service, the food, and the atmosphere were all outstanding. The restaurant can be both a place for a family reunion, or a nice quiet romantic... More

Food was average, a little pricey and service was not good. We were given water and only asked if we wanted wine only and not any other kind of drinks. Specials were not mentioned but we overheard the other waiters explaining them to other customers after we ordered.

We took a walk through Little Italy and marveled at all the restaurant choices. Trip Advisor came to the rescue again and we felt confident we'd enjoy a great meal at Etna. We were greeted cheerfully and invited to sit whenever we liked. Service remained friendly and attentive throughout our visit, even as the restaurant got busier. The salads were... More

Terrific little Italian restaurant. We've eaten outside a few times and inside as well. They have a nice selection of Italian specialties. We've been with a group of people and servers are pleasant and the food is always quite good. We enjoy sitting outside watching the passers by and having some tasty food with a glass of wine.
