Great food in Little Sicily

Etna Ristorante is in Cleveland's Little Italy, and as the name implies, the chef/owner is from Sicily. Seems to be popular with locals & tourists alike. A friend and I made reservations for 5 pm. Though Etna Little Italy is not open before 5 pm, this can be done by leaving a message on their machine. I did receive a confirmation call from them when the staff got in. We drove up from PA for a concert later that evening at the Cleveland Institute of Music,... More

My wife and I walked in without reservations around 5 pm. It is very "cozy" but there were still several tables empty. They said they would have to check to see if they could seat us at the bar. There were only 2 other people at the bar. They told us we could sit there. We thought, OK and took... More

This is the place for seafood in Little Italy. My trouts was delicates and melted in my mouth. My husband's cioppino was delicious and full of seafood. All the dads received a complementary dessert. We couldn't ask for more on Father's Day.

The Little Italy was highly recommended by a friend. After reading the various reviews we settled on Etna for their grilled calamari. We had never had whole grilled calamari but it was awesome. The service was excellent and the main dishes were delicious. Highly recommend Etna.

What a pleasant surprise. We were looking for parking and had read about this place so this is where we ended up and will most surely be back! Old World service and linen with a European feel but not stuffy at all. We split a Vesuvio appetizer, which was fresh Mozzarella and tomato with fresh Basil and Olive oil and... More

Wow! Chef from Sicily and is a genius with seafood. Extensive wine list, attentive service too. Highly recommend. They moved more chairs onto the the patio for us, otherwise reservations essential on Saturday evening.

A little bit noisy small but otherwise great ambiance. Authentic and very good (volcana app & veal piccata). Bread ho hum. On corner of Mayfield & E 120 with easy pkg on 120th. A few tables outside if you like that kind of thing ... much better inside IMO. House Chianti also good.

On a visit to Cleveland from Buffalo NY a friend and I were looking for a place to have dinner. After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor I decided that Etna looked interesting. This place was fantastic!! Everything from the service, the ambiance, the food, and the great wine selection, was exactly what we love in a restaurant. The grilled... More

My boyfriend and I loved this place! The setting is quaint, with a lovely bar, and great atmosphere and staff. Food and wine were super. I had the Ravioli Spinaci Rose and my boyfriend had the wild boar pasta special. Both were delicious and perfectly filling! We decided against dessert for this reason, but they then offered us a (free!)... More
