we decided to go relatively late, so we had to sit at the bar (yes, the bar seats are reserved). It really could be Boston's North End. Eli (the bartender) was an excellent server however. Helped ice a good wine and helped tailor the food to match what we were looking for. Food was excellent.

Very small Italian restaurant in Little Italy, Cleveland OH. The service was good, food was very good, wine was good (a little pricier than should have been for the price of the food). Veal marsala was very tasty, the pasta was well cooked. Atmosphere is okay, a bit crowded and noisier than it should be.

An old style intimate venue with first class food & drink. Excellent menu choices, and off menu specials. A limited wine list but ample good choices.

We found this restaurant on Trip Advisor, and it did not disappoint! This is a small venue, probably about 12 tables, with a dark intimate atmosphere. Our server was Carlo, and he was very knowledgeable about wine and the menu. Highlights included an antipasti appetizer, fresh grilled trout, and a swordfish special. We had a relaxing dinner which lasted over... More

Three of us enjoyed a pre-Symphony supper at 5:15, and the place is clearly packed with returning regulars, standing room only in the tiny space. But everyone there is content because of the wonderful food and wine. Bread is perfect, all the flavors excellent. Service is a little brusque.

My husband and I had dinner at Etna for the first time recently. We stay in the University Circle area for business often and have a few favorite restaurants that we frequent over and over. This time we experienced Etna and can't wait to return. The food was extraordinary and we enjoyed the intimate atmosphere and good service. We loved... More

The fact that my wife and I had never heard of Etna until a week ago is really surprising, as we've dined at most of the best restaurants in Cleveland and consider ourselves "foodies". What a pleasant surprise it was to discover this tiny gem in Cleveland's "Little Italy" district, thanks to the suggestion of a friend. It is truly... More

This little place is truly a gem. It's small and intimate, with a focus on food and service rather than flash. It reminds us of a neighborhood restaurant we went to in Florence. It's hard to choose a favorite dish, because the excellent menu includes so many additional specials each night. Pepe (the proprietor) is a fantastic chef, and he... More

I was on a business trip and my co-workers and I were looking for a quiet and quaint place to have a bite to eat and discuss the days of the conference we had attended. The place is very small, cozy and warm. The staff was friendly and expeditious. The wine was deli ok and they have an extensive wine... More

Our party of five was in the restaurant for a birthday party. Food was for the most part very good. We had the Calamari appetizer, caprese salads and the tomato and onion salads. The dinners consisted of Mushroom Risoto, Spaghetti with Fruitti di Mare, and also Squid Ink Linguini with scampi and shrimp. The only complaint was from the Squid... More
