I love this restaurant. It's my 'go to' place when I want a great meal but not pay huge bucks. Their spaghetti and meatballs is the best in town in my opinion and everything I've gotten there has been excellent. The staff is very friendly and the service is good. The building the restaurant is in is old but well... More

This is the simple authentic Italian restaurant that is one of our favorite restaurants. Italian owners, cooks, etc. Best Pasta Carbonara in town.

This is maybe the best find in neighborhood Italian in the US!! Everything is home made from scratch by Carla herself...gravy (sauce) pasta, sausage, meatballs, chicken cutlets to die for and all of it light as a feather!! Just awesome real-live authentic down home Italian "soul food"!!! It's like going to your aunt and uncle's home for dinner!! Joe and... More

A small place with great Italian food. Prices are good and portions are generous. The owner is from Italy and you can taste the old world flavors in every dish. Haven't had a bad meal yet, some of my favorites are the Lasagna, Veal & Chicken Parm. and the meatballs. They also cater and have a small party room.

This restaurant if worth the trip over to the West side of Cleveland, even if you are an Eastsider. The food is far better than most higher priced establishments. This is the reason Caffe Roma has received awesome reviews here and other sites. All menu items we have tried have exceeded our expectations. Prices are very fair and we will... More

If you are sick of trendy hot spots that are all style and no substance, then give Caffe Roma a try. It is an authentic cozy little Italian restaurant smack in the middle of West Park (with a German restaurant on one side, and a Cambodian on the other). It has a very old country feel to it, the food... More

An Italian cuisine gem on Cleveland's west side. The Linguine with Calamari and the Gnocchi with Meat Sauce were both delicious. The homemade red sauce is exceptional, some of the best we've had. Ample portion size, good service, unpretentious decor with fair prices make for a return visit soon. Oh yes, treat yourself to some Gelato for desert, you won't... More

Was invited to a surprise birthday party here over the weekend. Never heard of this establishment, but once I walked in, I was brought back to my childhood. The aromatic smells of fresh garlic permeated the air, and I became instantly hungry. A familiar feeling of walking into my grandmothers house; the big pot of gravy in the stove, and... More
