While attending the Cleveland Film Fest, we decided that since we had not yet experienced the Greenhouse, and there has been a great deal of buzz about its sustainable menu and Chef John Sawyer, we should check it out. The space on E. 4th reflects the sustainability theme, with recycled bicycles and such providing the decor. The place has a... More

Reading the reviews on TA and seeing it listed in Cleveland's top restaurants we had reasonably high expectations. The space is quite nice and the service staff unfortunately a little robotic. The menu was quite good promising things such as barrel aged Tabasco fried chicken which sounds amazing but wasn't too much like normal fried chicken (perhaps a clue as... More

Just got back from their Metal event. The food is worth a five star rating alone but there is so much more. Great wait staff that know their food and take great care of you. We went for a special " metal as f^@k" ( that isn't very metal spelling it that way but...). Exceptional event, service and the food... More

Cool concept but food tasted average. Pricey and difficult to figure out what I wanted to order off of menu. Didn't understand what I was eating really! Don't go here if you like "normal" or traditional food otherwise it's worth a shot.

Went to GHT for my husband's birthday. The service was fantastic and the food was superb. We both did the tasting menu which is the best bang for your buck. You get an amuse, your choice off of firsts, seconds, and thirds then either something off the halfs or desserts. A few items had up charges but those that did were... More

Loved the atmosphere with all the bicycles and VHS tapes adorning the walls. I had the five course tasting. All courses were very tasty. The salmon was done perfectly. The salad was also perfectly done with just the right amount of crunch. My dinner companion stuck to a single course of pork with Ramen. The pork was delicious.

Right downtown, this institution is everything I love about Cleveland. The place is fun and funky and the staff is cool and extremely down to earth. Chef Jonathan Sawyer's food is hearty, creative, and delicious.

Chicken, we ate a lot of chicken... Boy was I glad I did... We started dinner with a moscow mule and the cream soda cocktail (liquored cherry at the bottom). Both were amazing and my girlfriend loved the creamy flavor of her drink. We ended up ordering the gravy frites, lemon chicken wings, and tabasco fried chicken. Here's a quick... More

I heard a lot about this place and since my husband and I are a bit like foodies, we had to check it out ourselves. I was not impressed. The drinks were good but the food was not that great. We got their 5 course meal and the portions were so small we just started laughing after the waiter left.... More
