Better than most chain hotel restaurants.

Our receptionist was delightful and knew my name as I stepped into the door. I had never been there before. Service was prompt and efficient. Food choices were interesting and good. Cost was also reasonable. I had a spring roll, salad and the duck breast. The salad was fresh and crispy and the... read more

So I have actually never felt compelled to review a restaurant before but this place needs a reality check. I thought it was not reasonable to review after trying once so we tried again and disgusted (lunch first time and now dinner). Clearly the people preparing the food have no taste buds and no idea about flavour or ingredients. What... More

We went there 2 nights in a row. The service is great, they went out of their way. The food is just okay, not sure what has happened. This has been a great restaurant but it has slipped.

The restaurant is well laid out, although the seating is not meant for smaller individuals. We ended up having to move a smaller person to the banquet seats as the chairs are too low for someone with smaller stature. The service was excellent. Very cheerful and professional. Food was 'okay'. The bread was served and was not fresh, although presented... More

Good food and a little expensive, all the while being nothing special. If you wanted a nice meal, compared to hospital canteen food, whilst visiting the Cleveland Clinic for either lunch or dinner then this is the best in the immediate area. The burger was well made and pink in the middle as requested, no special topping or sauces; but... More

This restaurant in the Intercontinental Hotel located in the middle of the Cleveland Clinic Campus offers a very international and diverse menu. The menu includes a fairly comprehensive sushi menu which is served very fresh. If sushi isn't your thing there should be no problem finding something else including many appetizers, salads (the roasted pear, smoked blue cheese salad was... More

We got in really late on our first night and were those people that come into the restaurant, like 30 minutes before it closed but we were still treated very politely and did not feel rushed at all. We had the sushi which was amazing. It's in the InterContinental so the food was a bit pricey but I think it... More

This is an ok restaurant, but certainly not spectacular. Setting is diner like, the staff ok but not particularly fast, remnants of the previous guests meal under the table. Food was ok, but not great. This has won a prize? For what??

Decor was ho-hum. Looked as if they were trying to be trendy at one time but now it just looked dated. Food was also ho-hum. Our waiter did manage to come out with some gluten-free bread so props to him! Waaaaaaaaaaay to pricey for what you get.

My colleagues and I are frequent flyers at Table 45, and so we have shared our constructive feedback with the manager several times, especially in the recent past. Thus, we were a bit surprised when a waitress in the bar area (whom we have had before) put on uncharacteristically improper unprofessional service. Just as one example, she somehow forgot that...
