Deep Fried Cheeseburger

This is a classic small town burger joint. Nice wait staff, heart attack style good food and fairly fast service. The meat for the burger is purchased locally.

I know it's just a bar but you have to go just for the deep-fried hamburgers. They are amazing. I actually haven't had anything there that wasn't good. It's just an average menu but they do a great job. Oh, and the beer's always cold!

This is a small town, off the the beaten path bar and grill. The weekends can be busy, so sometimes there's a short wait for a table. There is one cook and they prepare your meal one table at a time. The wait for your food can be lengthy at times depending on the volume of customers, however it is... More

I REALLY wanted to like this place. We recently moved to the area and my husband told me how great it is. We have been here three times over 6 weeks and each time, it was always a disappointment. It's not that clean. And if you sit at the bar, dirty dishes will be stacked right in front of where... More

I always order the pork tenderloin sandwich or ribeye sandwich. Tenderloin this time and it was great as usual. There's not a lot staff as usual so prepare to wait.

The food was passable, but they haven't invented words to describe how slow the service is - and nobody seems to care.

Terrible food which was like eating at a bowling alley. It took over an hour to be served our food. Waitress said, " That's how we roll here" when we complained about the long wait. Would not recommend to anyone. Everything was deep fried frozen food & French fries arrived limp & soggy.

I visited this Tavern with relatives from a nearby town. From the Fried Cheeseburger to the Fried Pork Tenderloin Sandwich . Yummo !! The only issue was the wait for food. There was only one cook trying to handle 15 tables . Once you do get your food it is piping hot and ready to eat,

If you want fried food, this is where you need to go. That is all they serve for the most part The french fries were freshly cut, but were very soggy. My husband’s corn dog was cold in the center. Not really good food but the drinks were very reasonable.
