A wonderful place!

We went there because we had read that they had a nice restaurant. The restaurant was closed that day but we went to the wine tasting place and the lady who was doing the tasting offered to put up plates for us with the local products we bought in their shop (crackers, cheese, olives, etc. By the... read more

We opted for the recommended selected courses for lunch and the dishes were very good. Topped off by a magnificent "Autumn Forest Floor" desert ..... replete with a very impressive presentation involving dry ice

We were here just for wine tasting. The setting at the top of a hill, with tables laid out in a beautiful garden full of flowers and trees is truly wonderful.

We had a large family gathering and decided to opt for a grazing meal in the garden, plate after plate of delicious offerings in lovely relaxed surroundings, excellent staff with a wealth of knowledge, very special day in spacial surroundings, highly recomended

We have been going to CORIOLE vineyard and cellar for at least 15 years. The early days were great value with big delicious platters and you could pick up s bottle of wine from the cellar door and enjoy it with lunch in the French inspired garden. No more unfortunately. Perhaps CORIOLE has leased out the eatery (now referred to... More

My daughters and I dropped into Coriole Vineyards mainly for the olives but ended up staying on for a lot more. We enjoyed some wine tasting at the cellar door under the guidance of Velvet and Liz who kept us laughing and entertained for quite a while. What an asset these two ladies are to Coriole - they have the... More

We visited for lunch on a Friday, and the restaurant was quite busy. I would definitely make reservations if we were visiting on the weekend. We had the pressed duck, which was quite like a terrine. It was delicious and paired with figs and pistachios. We also shared the kangaroo - also very tasty. We had a side of chips,... More

Caught up with some friends here for lunch and wasn't disappointed. We all had the tasting plate which did us well. The wine we ordered was a five year old estate grown shiraz which was excellent. The restaurant is a light filled space set between two old buildings, one being the cellar door and the other being the kitchen and... More

Platters are not yummy, there was just too many pickles and vinegar and not enough sweet, creamy or meaty to balance that out

I had been to Coriole several times for wine tastings in the past, but was yet to try their new restaurant with head chef Tom Reid. After following him from Mantra, to Maximillians, he was now at scenic Coriole. My girlfriends and I had taken the Monday off work for a long lunch and were extremely excited to try some... More
