Food and surrounds great, just don't expect any professionalism, communication or care if they are hosting your function/ wedding. Just happy to take your money. Extremely disappointing

The food was sensational. The venue and surrounds are delightful. The service? I felt unwelcome and invisible.

Bit of a mixed bag We had the crudités plate which had a really delicious eggplant relish (best I've had) but right beside it was a pesto style dip that was so bitter it was inedible. We also shared a charcuterie plate which was excellent. The mushroom croquettes were so tasty I could have cheerfully eaten a dozen or more.... More

The food was sublime, the service was agreeable and the setting stunning. This is our fourth time we have enjoyed a very lazy lunch at this restaurant and have found that the food, service and setting always either meets or exceeds our expectations. We love this place and always tell our friends and others they really should make the effort... More

On the recommendation of family and friends we visited The Currant Shed for lunch mid-week. The menu had only just been released but the offerings were still very good. The croquettes were delicious! A great wine list. A relatively small restaurant - book ahead.

This little out of the way winery was a very lucky find for my adult daughter and I. Lunch runs through until 3pm and we arrived after 2pm. We both chose to have snapper with local cockles and we were absolutely amazed at the quality of the meal. We literally licked our plates! So delicious was the main we thought... More

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We gave the chef control of the menu and he delivered beautifully presented, delicious and plentiful share plates for dinner. We had our ceremony surrounded by the lime groves and, whilst we were off having photos taken in the gorgeous surroundings, our guests played bocce and kicked a football around in the garden.

Our group prebooked the meal which included 2 glasses of local wine. We all loved the quality of both food and wine. The scenery included vines, fruit trees and olives. The staff were delightful. Although a little expensive it is well worth the experience.

Normally a reliable eatery but on the last visit an order of calves liver is tough with significant gristle. Food is generally good, place is homey and has patio. Good local wines and staff always friendly
