Small menu which covered all taste. Fresh and filling. Brewery was great and well worth a trip to try a paddle or 2.

Really good food. Heaps of wildlife around the pond. Deck was pleasant. The food was tasty. Worth stopping there for lunch. We had fish/chips and pumpkin/goats cheese salad with chips. It was the first time lately that my husband ate batter which didn't make him feel liverish afterwards. Fish was fresh tasting. Gluten free options too. Very pleased.

Although the signing to this place is not the best, we finally arrived here for a late lunch. The menu was a bit limited, but the antipasto platter for two was excellent. We were impressed with our server, who it transpired was an owner, when she told us that they liked to source as much local product as possible. The... More

We stayed at the resort for three nights and ate there twice. The beer is great, the two males in our party got hooked on the IRA, but not before trying several of Geoff's creations. Dinner the first night was a choice from a fixed menu. The choices were good and the food well presented and delicious. Only problem was... More

We are so glad you appreciated Geoff's wicked sense of humour! I do worry sometimes. We'd love to have you back again, and the chef is already organising the DF dessert option for the next menu. Thanks for writing your wonderful reviews. Best regards, Dee Davenport More

Tried a taste paddle. Will not do so again. India Pale Ale was awful. The chocolate coffee beer was brutal though interesting but the experimental brew they sold? What The? It presented as stout, moved straight into lantana and finished with a tom cat taste. Yuck.

Hi Kent, I'm really glad you enjoyed our brewery/business, however it is disappointing that you didn't enjoy our beer. As we brew full flavoured craft beers, we do find that not all of our beers are suitable for those with a milder palate. Many people are so used to light flavoured 'mainstream' beers and are not used to such full... More

The local steak for our evening meal was unique in the fashion it was presented. We both thought it to be excellent and very good quality, our congratulations was conveyed to the chef of the night, would not hesitate to dine there again.

Thank you for your feedback on Tripadvisor, but also for letting the chef know on the night. We are very happy with the quality with our local beef and we love the way the chef's present it on a board. Thanks for your review. Best regards, Dee Davenport More

We stopped in at the Brewery for lunch as part of a winery tour and had a great time! We were able to choose from 6 mains, 6 desserts and either a tasting paddle of 4 beers or glass of wine. It was fantastic value! I had the fish and chips and it was yum. Nothing special but a good,... More

The food and ambience of this restaurant is just gorgeous. Perfect on a cold winter's evening, the fire crackles and invites you to sit by it and enjoy a pre-dinner drink (or two or three). The food in the restaurant is well-thought out (as a menu) and wonderfully cooked. The staff are helpful and we would return again and again!
