Don't Miss Breakfast with the Koalas

Wow! A wonderful experience. The breakfast was a lovely buffet with a good choice and some typical Australian gourmet tucker. Cook your own toast on the campfire, and try a jaffle. But then the fun begins with an array of reptiles - snakes, lizards, squirrel gliders, birds and more, joining you in... read more

This was a great experience but probably wouldn't do it again. The food was yum and the host/guide was funny and helpful (albeit a little bossy!). For the money we expected a bit more of a tour of the wildlife not just a few lizards and the koala, but it was enjoyable and our 3 year old got to hold... More

Took the family for the breakfast and koala photos. Breakfast was actually very good, really enjoyed the pancakes and honeycomb and yoghurt. Children liked the chance to hold the python and lizards and the koala is obviously a hit. They had a young koala that was really very sweet and meant my 7 year old could hold her

Good for children. Bit odd to have grilled lamb chops for breakfast plus pancakes and treacle. Nevertheless we enjoyed it.

This was our second visit to the champagne breakfast on Magnetic Island and our last. The host who meets the group at the bar would benefit from a refresher course in customer skills. It doesn't help to not introduce yourself to a group of people by shouting which way to go and then walking off in the direction you expect... More

We enjoyed a fantastic Champagne bush tucker Breakfast with the Koalas at Bungalow Bay. This is a "must do" for everyone visiting the island. The breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of it and what a fantastic environment to eat it in, surrounded by wildlife. The rangers were very informative and friendly and they made sure everyone got to... More

We stayed at the bungalows attached to the property. The experience was super, maybe a little pricey, but a treat nonetheless. The staff were all very experienced and helpful in answering any questions we had about the wildlife. The food was plentiful and delicious, with a variety of local delicacies on offer. We would treat ourselves to this experience again... More

Even though it is a year ago since I was on beautiful Magnetic Island - I thought it was time to give these Guys - the Praise due. Our Ocker Guide was AWESOME - still cannot believe how heavy a tiny croc is to hold - wow they must be monstrously heavy as they become bigger. Food was delish. Lamb... More

Food selection is interesting and would be great taste tester for foreign travellers. Fish and pancakes a standout. The keeper has great personality and presents really well. Overall pretty good breaky.
