We had a lunch and dinner here. The food was good, without being outstanding. the staff were great and we felt welcomed even at our late lunch.

Wander along a winding path through the trees and arrive at Whet. Sit out on a balcony amongst the trees and enjoy lovely food and wine. Very pleasant staff, good service.

considering the location of this restaurant I thought the food to be good to very good hence my rating. If this place were in a big city I would score lower. Had the barra w/c people raved about but I unfortunately did not think so highly of it, had better in Darwin. Hubby had the salmon w/c was a bit... More

Needed water and a flat white after climbing Mt Sorrow so stopped in on the way back to our campsite. (The free wifi was also a factor). Was such a nice atmosphere with friendly staff we decided to have lunch. My wife is a vegetarian and was ecstatic to find out they had a whole separate veggy menu. After a... More

We stayed in the local backpackers and ate there the first night, to find the food of a very low quality. As it was our our last few days together we thought we'd try to find atleast a decent meal some... More

I'm so glad we stopped by this place for lunch one day. The food is amazing. I ordered the Tuna Nicoise - it was so so good. My tuna steak was cooked to medium rare perfection. My partner had the vegetarian baguette which he reckons was super tasty as well. For the calibre of food, it was extremely well priced.... More

After a long walk on the beach this was most welcome. Yummy lime and coconut cake, good serve . Turkish pide with house made apple balsamic in olive oil & dukkah. Tempura battered wild local barramundi chips & house made tartare. Both very good. Tried the beef lasagne too. But would prefer the Barra. OK milk shake. Just because I had... More
