Amazing dining experience

We decided to try Kazuki's on a whim ! What a dining experience we received. From the moment we were greeted at the door & the welcoming open fire until the time we left, it was perfection. We could not fault the service, atmosphere & of course the amazing food The spanner crab omelette, you... read more

A Japanese inspired degustation that was one of the most memorable meals yet. A relaxed yet lovely dining room with a crackling fireplace at one end. Yes its a bit pricey, but I strongly believe that you pay for what you get. Each dish came out more beautifully presented than the last and was a feast for all the senses.... More

This is truly one of the best meals I have had, with the mix of local and seasonal foods blended into the 3 courses outstanding. The staff were knowledgeable about the dishes and able to assist picking a wine outside my normal comfort zone. The standards continue to rise in Daylesford and Kazuki's has lifted the bar another notch. The... More

A fantastic dinning experience. Ambiance, service, food, wine list etc all good. We decided on the a la carte menu and two entrees and dessert. Every course was fantastic. The staff were among the best we have ever experienced. I don't have a lot of time for pretentious sommeliers, but Bronwyn at Kazuki's was outstanding ( congratulations). It was the... More

We're lucky enough to get a last minute booking on a Saturday night of the queen's birthday long weekend. What on offer on Saturday was the tasting menu. The serve are generous. Don't order any extra. There are around 7 courses including deserts. We had the warm sake which was smooth and delicious. The food were spectacular. We keep say... More

Perhaps it's because it's unique to daylesford but in terms of Japanese cuisine kazukis has nothing on the Japanese restaurants in Melbourne. Off the top of my head I can rattle off many great Japanese restaurants that are much better such as Yu-u, shoya, Kenzan and hanabishi to name a few. The decor is quite weird. Looks like a pub... We were in Daylesford for the weekend celebrating with another couple and had been recommended this restaurant by a chef friend of ours who raved about it. That was recommendation enough for us and we were not disappointed. We too had the 6 course tasting menu and added the wagu dish. We really didn't need to as the tasting menu... More

Kazuki is situated in Daylesford in the heart of Regional Victoria's fresh and honest produce offering. It's this produce that contributes to the modern Japanese inspired dishes. The Japanese inspiration is, however, subtle and not overt. We dined on a Saturday evening and was offered the Traditional Tasting menu at a reasonable $120 per person. The menu can be altered...
