Excellent meal, pricy, but guess this is based on London prices. Having lived on Crete for 8 years we are not used to these prices, but then again you only get what you pay for and the food was excellent, but small portions compared to other Indian Restaurants at Nottingham and Cricklade in Wiltshire.

Nizam is in a nice quiet spot with very friendly staff and very tasty food. I've been eating at this restaurant regularly over the past 18 months and I'm yet to be disappointed in any way by the excellent food they served up. It is in a convenient location. They also discount take away food that is collected.

If you like Indian food, you will not be disappointed with the Nizam. One of East Grinstead's oldest established restaurant, they serve standard Indian food and some specials. The atmosphere is welcoming and quite spacious, the staff polite and efficient. Best to book at the weekend!

Visited this Indian restaurant with friends on a Saturday night, and service was rushed throughout meal. We were given like 2mins to choose our meal, continually had to ask waiters to give us more time to choose. Didn't find the curry that amazing, was average. We asked for more rice and they never bought it to our table. Then we... More

I regularly visit Nizam's , I live in East Grinstead, and my friends and I don't tend to go anywhere else for a Curry. I enjoy the food and the Staff are friendly , but at busy times I think the service is less good, and also I think the Drinks are way over priced ,so we just tend to... More
