A pleasant meal and friendly staff

We visited for an evening meal. We had visited several years ago and were very unhappy with the place. At that time, the tables were sticky, the staff were negligent and the atmosphere was pleasant. We walked out and have not been back until last night. It is very different now. The place was... read more

Excellent. The soup Leek and Potato tasted home made, the bread rolls were soft and we both thoroughly enjoyed the starter. Followed by a great thick slice of gammon with a pineapple ring, chips and peas plus a tomato. Not salty either, the best I've had outside the home. Staff friendly and surroundings pleasant. Car park charge £1 for 3... More

Really good value, especially if you get a reward card. A special mention must go to Karen the assistant manageress. She always works her socks off and is so welcoming to customers. Spirit take note of your little Star

I have been to Noggin Inn many time, always found the staff to be friendly, and the service was good. It has a good atmosphere, and family friendly ( has a small play area in the beer garden ). The food has always been good pub grub, and reasonably priced.

My wife an I visited here on Tuesday 27th January 2015. We were passing it on our way to a different restaurant but something drew us to it, on the outside it is very unassuming and drab looking, we parked at the back on a car park which you had to pay £1 for 3 hours which could be reimbursed... Me and my girlfriend decided to go out on a date night. At first we reserved a table thinking Saturday night would be busy but were pleasantly surprised to find it quite. Bar staff were all very plesent and well mannered and made sure we were happy at every given moment. Meal was cooked to perfection but the only thing... More

We had decided to go for a pub meal today and after been in total shock at the mascrat manor and walking out in disgust.. We thought we would give Noggin a try. I have never been here, so it was totally new.. We arrived to find you have to pay for the car park £1 which is fine as... More

My wife and I visited the Noggin on the 22/12/2014 at approximately 7.40 pm. I chose the cod and my wife chose the beef and kidney suet pudding, only to be told they were not available. We settled on the Scampi and chips which were served overcooked, so much so that you couldn't taste the Scampi. How any chef can... More

Yet again I have reason to complain about the presentation of meals at a Fayre & Square establishment. At lunch time I went to the Noggin with my wife and on entering I was pleased with the appearance of the place and the fact that it was nice and warm. We ordered one gammon meal and one gammon combo meal... More
