first time visit; cosy traditional pub atmosphere serving good selection of drinks. Extensive menu backed up with a specials board for lunch. The restaurant is totally different to the pub in decor/ atmosphere; great to see tablecloths, linen napkins, fresh flowers and candles a great look. We had ordered in the bar so the starters appeared when we sat down,... More

Another great experience. Went with the family for Sunday lunch and dined in the restaurant which is very nice. The pub was very busy but it is very professionally run and all of the staff work really hard and give first class customer service. Everyone really enjoyed the meal and the menu choice is very good too with choices of... More

I have known the Bluebell over the years, and it's like a roller coaster, up and down. I went today for Sunday lunch and was most pleasantly surprised, under the present Owner/Manager, it is very good indeed. You can tell a professional Restauranteur a mile away, and the present Landlord most certainly is. The Sunday lunch menu with a good... More

Good pub food, in a friendly village pub, oak beams and all, cooked and served in the beautiful restaurant, and a very reasonable price.Always , always good , with cask ales available to complete the excellent food and service.A visit to this family run pub and restaurant will not leave you blue, it is more likely to ring your bell,... The starters were excellent with good sized portions and well put together salads. I would rate the mains as good with just the right amount of vegetables, potatoes and a bowl of chips. The restaurant was busy when we went which made for a nice atmosphere. Service was on the whole good, although reception into the restaurant was a little... More
