We attended a hen party meal here the staff were very friendly and looked after us very well. The service was prompt and the food reached our table piping hot. The outside seating area was quite busy and created a good atmosphere we had a room reserved as we had a stripper booked. I would recommend this place

Fantastic staff & food.... I've been exchanging emails with Frankie (head chef) for over a month now, what a fantastic lady. She organised our private dining room decorations, a cocktail on arrival, our own private iPod docking station, food and then changing room & cd player for our 'guest' in the conservatory downstairs. The food portions were very large, very tasty... The Bridge looked after us all very well by giving us our own private rooms to eat in and afterwards downstairs to drink, dance & be entertained! The food was excellent, very tasty, piping hot & all served togeter which was great considering there were 19 of us. Very good value too. The staff were very friendly & attentive even... More

We booked to go here as have passed a few times on visits and always thought it looked nice inside. It was our daughters 18th and we fancied somewhere we have not been for a family & partners meal. We booked a table in the courtyard as the weather was very warm & sunny. When we got there they had... More

We sat outside in the pleasant courtyard area. To be honest, the inside of the pub was disappointing and the loos do need a refurb. We ordered from the pie menu, and the portions were massive and very tasty. Our tea had not arrived when the food did, but the waiter was apologetic and it arrived shortly. Pleasant service.

This review should serve as a warning signal for anyone with teenagers in Ashbourne. We have seen, first hand, occurrences at this venue which should sound the alarm bells for any parent. Firstly, we used to frequent the Bridge quite often. It has a nice feel, with a friendly landlord and a nice setting in the centre of Ashbourne. We... More

his restaurant has undergone many name changes and re inventions over the years I have lived around Ashbourne. I really can’t remember what it was when I was at school way back but at one time it was trendy bar, and then it became less so, it then became a really nice cafe and light meal place and now the...
