Evening meal, good fixed price menu although it doesn't seem to have daily specials. Food well presented and decent sized portions

In the past we have visited Hunday Manor and ate in the restaurant, we loved it so much we bought a voucher for my parents to eat there on their anniversary. Tonight we ate from the bar menu. Unfortunately it wasn't up to scratch. The menu was neither pub lunch or bistro and had no character or appeal, very uninspiring.... More

Have recently returned from a 3-night stay at this hotel on a B&B basis. The cooked breakfasts were very good and there was fruit, orange juice and cereal also available if required. I especially enjoyed the eggs benedict, although perhaps too much hollandaise sauce for my personal taste. The evening meal was good value, well presented and perfectly cooked and... More

When we arrived the car parks were very busy (a good sign!) and we were lucky enough to find a space. We were met inside the hotel by very friendly helpful staff and asked to take a... More

Service and food spoiled our birthday meal... We had been before and had a reasonable meal. So we thought we would go for a special birthday....we were very disappointed and paid a lot of money for food and wine that was not so good and poor service.. We came home to enjoy a glass of wine instead!

My partner and I stayed at the hotel recently . We found the staff friendly and the room small but sufficient. Our main complain was the evening meal. We waited one hour to be seated and when our meals arrived they were badly cooked and not what was discribed on the menu . We were not happy paying £22.50 for... More
