As soon as we arrived could feel the welcoming atmosphere, member of staff took us to our table, perfect service and timing, food is worth of every single penny. Deffinetly will visit again and hardly recommended

We entered the venue and were given a table straight away. The table was sticky although clean looking. We ordered drinks, all of which we asked for pints of pop them given large tumblers (definitely not pints). After ten minutes our order was taken. 45 minutes later we received our for, although hot the portion sizes were unsatisfactory and one... More

We arrived and ordered our food which took a good 40/50 minutes arrive which was a conscience as we were on our lunch break and the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. When the food eventually arrived we were all disappointed with the portion sized we received. Although it was a lunch time menu (therefore a little cheaper) myself and friends where... More

Have been here a few times as it's handy to where I live. The food is generally very nice and if you go through the day when offers are on then good value. However you can wait a long time for food even though it can appear quiet, Pepsi is awful and tasteless and staff appear miserable. I have also... More

Food was nice, nice large room with good ambiance. However, there were an awful lot of flies that were really annoying as we were trying to keep them off our food!! The menu has a large variety which is good, it has something on for everyone. For what it is I think it's expensive. The food is ok, but not... More

Visited on a Monday night as a party of 11 that had booked the previous week. On arrival there was no record of our booking, however this was rectified fairly quickly. The menu is quite extensive but all the main courses are approx £20 per meal. Many of us ordered steak or rib which was priced at just under £20... More

I took my family out for lunch as a treat and the food was really nice. Arrived quickly, hot, reasonably well presented although a little pricey. Children's drinks were small glasses and £1.99 for an orange cordial and water!! Feel slightly robbed! We won't be back until the house is remortgaged!!

On our last visit some months ago the place was vibrant and packed. We arrived without booking thinking we may be lucky to get in on a Saturday night. WRONG. The place was nearly empty and lifeless, which was a worry. Unfortunately, out fears were realised. The food we had was priced high but truly awful. This place appears to... More

Visited Caspian Whitehaven on 22nd June and I would never go back!.I ordered a fillet steak with vegetables and my partner ordered salmon abd jacket potato. When the meal arrived the veggies I had were tastless and mushy, it also came with new potatoes and mash. The mash tasted sour and off. My partners meal was the smallest bit of... More

Worst meal we have ever had in Whitehaven, and we have used this restaurant plenty of times before many times. Tonight we ordered our usual meals, mine a Caspa Bolognese, my partners a Penne Pollo. The same dish we get every single time we go to a Caspian establishment. After a long wait, our dishes arrived, although very different to... More
