Recommended by son's friend to try. Went for Saturday lunch. Lots to choose from on menu. Something for all tastes. Pleasant atmosphere, the staff were great. The food was great. Car park around the back with spaces on council run car park if you cannot get parked Would definitely come back when next in area.

A large party of us booked in for a Saturday night and requested a big square table, which we were led to believe would be achievable (the private dining room was not available). When we arrived, we were led straight to our table upstairs which was long and narrow and not as requested. We asked about the square table and... More

This place is a must, the food is excellent and the service is amazing, it is not the cheapest place to eat but well worth it for a special occasion. I would recommend always booking.

We had booked a table for Saturday night during Easter weekend, but when we arrived there was no trace of our reservation. After a few minutes' wait and being asked if we remembered who we booked with 10 days before (we didn't), we were offered a complimentary drink while they found a table for us. We chose to wait in... It's been a couple of years since we've been not sure why as we didn't have a bad experience previously! After having been today we won't be leaving it so long before going again! We only had sandwiches and desserts (oh and a cheeky bottle of white wine) however the sandwiches were beautiful with quirky little twists i.e. goats cheese... More

This place is a right little find with great food made with a little twos and creativity, chef is obviously really trying to stand out from the crowd and if he keeps up this standard he will continue to be a great hit!

Have been meaning to visit for months and really worthwhile. Super food beautifully presented with excellent service. Interesting menu and very good value for money. Will definitely return. The atmosphere was great although we found the music a little intrusive.
