Decided to eat at The Red Fox on Wednesday evening. Unsure what to expect as we have driven past on several occasions and have never noticed it is particularly busy so a little apprehensive. We were warmly welcomed at the door and given a choice of tables. Staff a little eager to get your order but when we asked for... More

We visited on Saturday night with family and friends, returning for what must be our 5th time. the service was very quick and the food from starter to dessert were amazing, I would go as far to say this is the best Indian in Cheshire by along way.

Having driven past numerous times, we decided it was about time we tried it. We had the Sunday buffet and we will certainly be back! loads of choice, even for spice wimps like me, the kids really enjoyed it too. just be carefull with little ones, the heaters are (obviosuly) very hot, our 5 yr old tried to get a... The food is as you would expect, however the special on the menu is the attitude of the owner and the staff. Halfway through an order he walked off to attend to a more regular customer, and when being told this wasn't usual behaviour, he didn't put the order through to the kitchen. Very poor attitude and behaviour. Please avoid!

I use this restaurant fairly often and find the food really rather good. I recommend the chicken tawa or the chicken shashlik as main courses and the mixed kebab starters (starter for two persons). The reason I haven't given five stars is that when I've visited in winter it's always cold in the restaurant, obviously this isn't a problem in... More

We are regulars at the Red Fox, who travel 10 miles to get here. Yes it is that good. We visit at least once a month, usually for the buffet on Sunday. The food is EXCELLENT and has plenty of flavour. The prices are reasonable, and the staff very helpful and attentive. Can't fault it at all.

We normally come here on a Sunday for the buffet but today went on a Friday evening for a change and for freshly cooked food. It was very nice as usual, would recommend the Shashlik and the Tawa. The waiters are usually nice and helpful. They offer complimentary orange slices, warmed hand towels and mints at the end which is... More

Booked a table for me and the mrs. We were received very graciously and felt very welcomed from the very beginning. We were shown our table to which we had our own dedicated waiter. When the food came it was presented very well and the taste of the food was absolutely divine and we even asked to see the chef... More

We were recommended this restaurant as being the best in Cheshire. I can tell you now it isn't. We had Chicken Tikka as a starter and although cooked nicely it had no flavour. For my main I had Chicken Madras. It was like no Chicken Madras I had seen before with a very dark brown sauce. The taste was fairly... More
