Went here on a Saturday night with 3 friends. Nice atmosphere and the staff polite. Starters arrived and were very good. Had a small wait for the mains. When they arrived one of the hangar steaks (which they recommended cooked medium rare) arrived well done at best. They happily took it back to change it, but the rest of us... More

Have visited here many times but never before on a Sunday. My partner and I both ordered the morrocan lamb burger which was awful. I had to mop the grease off with my paper napkin only to find that it was dry and tasteless. The hummus served with it was highly spiced and dry. It was also served on a... More

Visited for Sunday lunch , admittedly a fairly late lunch but cheerful staff still managed to check with the kitchen and organise it for us . Nicely cooked vegetables and nicely presented with a generous Yorkshire pudding on top . Good value for money and a nice atmosphere too

Had a lovely girlie lunch here. Roast beef sandwich with chunky chips. All lovely perfect portion sizes for lunch and reasonably priced.

Found this place by chance after pulling off the M6 to eat on the way to Cumbria. The setting looked perfect the interior was very nice and welk presented. Sadly the food was disappointing. It was nothing better than you would have had from a Harvester or Beefeater. So in summary its ok but it could be excellent.

If you don't have time to linger or read the morning paper during the week, Saturday morning is the time to do it at the Glasshouse in Sandbach. They serve best value for money breakfast in the area and even the small cups of coffee are large enough to almost have a swim in. The young staff they employ are... More

We went to the bar for a few drinks on a Friday night and it was busy with a bustling and noisy atmosphere. I have to say, I didnt really warm to it. Its not cosy in any way, and was abit pretentious. Too trendy for me with its selection of lagers and ciders on tap, with no cask beers.... More
