The seafarer has always been a good chippy. This place has good long opening hours and a wide choice of men, in addition to this, you can eat in or take your chips home with you. Really good place to get your chips.

bit of a grease fest, most disappointment came when we ate in and the fish was like a weird trapezium shape - looked like it had just come from Iceland round the corner.

This is the chip shop we use if we want a tasty treat of fish and chips. They have an extensive menu and although maybe a little more pricey than other chip shops it's well worth the money. There is an attached restaurant so that you can enjoy your meal in comfort. All food is freshly cooked. Delicious

For a quick meal out, this is one of our favourite places. Traditional fish and chips, plus plenty more choices on the menu. My 12 yr old had the lamb burger which was very tasty. Service is usually quick, and they do a good cuppa. You always get loads of chips, so if you not so hungry, get one portion... More

Over priced, small portions, soggy fish, the staff were not very friendly. I expected more from my local chippy

Its a bit old fashioned, but the food was good and the service too. It isn't cheap but there's waitress service and plaice was available too - which I haven't seen in a chip shop for ages.

Stop here from time to time. Lovely cooked chips with new potatoes with the most incredible fresh fish. Eat in if you want the real taste, so much better than travelling home and the chips get soggy in the bag.n Just a little more expensive than a normal chippy......but well well worth it.

My husband and myself met friens today in Northwich for lunch. Service was quick, smiley waitress, I had cod chips n mushy peas, my friends had the fishcakes , baked potato, all meals served at same time delicious. A bit pricey but was worth it. I would recomend The Seafarer to anyone.
