Just been for a pub lunch with some friends after hearing good things about the place. Food was absolutely fantastic and the prices are very good. Service was prompt and friendly. Good choice of beers and nice views too. Will be returning.

Driving past to a nearby hotel and fancied a quick bite to eat. Speedy service and food was nice with adequate portion sizes. Partner was served a glass which has lipstick on it and food was relatively expensive for what it was but other than that it was fine. Clean and fresh inside.

This is an excellent little pub restaurant and the food has been consistently good when I've visited. Best day to visit is Sunday when they have terrific roasts on the go. Why do they serve them in bowls though?! My only complaint, no matter when I visit, they try to sit me on a dark table by the coffee machine,... More

We were travelling to Wales and wanted a nice country pub to stop at for lunch on the way The Badger Inn was well worth the short detour. Beautifully refurbished there was a good selection of sandwiches and light lunches. Service was friendly and efficient and the food was delicious. Shame it's so far away as we would happily return... My wife and I visited after seeing it recommended in Cheshire life. The venue is lovely but we were very disappointed with the food, which was well prepared but portions were very small, we also object to being charged extra for veg etc which cost a matter of pence. Yet another restaurant that fails the comparison test with 'The Rising... More

Had a very good meal here last weekend. Very tasty home cooked food. We thought it would be very expensive but was reasonable for the quality.

This is one of the most beautiful restraunts I have ever had the pleasure of dining at. The atmosphere was just wonderful. The staff members looked after us all night. At one point, our granny coudlnt finish the yorkshire pudding as there was too much for her, (amazing portion sizes by the way, so worth the money!!) she passed it... More
