What a treat !!

Warm, friendly and certainly inviting. Helpful staff and a menu certainly worth spending time to read to see the scope of different taste bud experiences. Good size portions and great value. For those needing to travel it is worth the effort. Will be back again

A very popular place and we were lucky to get a table for 2 straightaway. Everything was perfect on a rainy day in Nantwich. Great atmosphere and professional friendly staff. The Chilli was the best I have ever eaten. A generous portion too. My husband who has gluten free food was well catered for. We would love to go back... More

certainly one of the freshest breakfasts I have ever had. 2 poached eggs on toast, beautifully cooked with the nicest white bread toast I have tasted in a long time. I asked for a Latte and got a milky coffee which was fine but not a latte. the service was excellent and very friendly. Will definitely be going back the... More

Light and delicious fresh cakes and leaf tea served with a strainer and a large pot. Afternoon teas and lunches served too. Oak tables and cosy tea room setting with quirky blackboards on the walls.

I went out for a Sunday afternoon tea to this place. Although the tea room was small in capacity, it truly had all the ingredients to standup as one of the top 10 tea rooms in Britain. The cakes , scones, jams and sandwiches tasted very fresh and the teas specially the Earl grey ones were exquisite. The staff was... More

Omg how we miss this tea room! We moved to Canada in 2008 and to this day we still think of Ginger & pickles. Best food best cakes best coffee around Nantwich! Staff always friendly, what ever time of day you entered the cafe always a friendly welcome!

What a pretty little cafe , we were visiting Nantwich on the way to meeting friends and had our pooch with us and wondered where we could get a bite to eat and a drink. What a lovely find down a tiny side street, either entered through a beautiful craft shop selling beautiful wools and fabrics or through a seperate... More

Been here a number of times. Always on a Saturday lunchtime. Always busy but always really good. Food & tea great and staff friendly. Lots of choice of cafes in Nantwich and this is one of the best. If you don't like it a bit cramped then go elsewhere and leave this delight to the rest of us..... and then... More
