Set in our contemporary west wing, the Brasserie is uncompromisingly modern. The décor is light, fresh and inspirational, and the menu is, well, light, fresh and inspirational, only more filling than the décor. To make the venue even more outstanding, we got all clever with some high-tech architecture and created a fabulous rotating bar.We fully recommend that you pre-book your dining table in The Brasserie bar and restaurant.

Having had the afternoon tea on many occasions we decided today to try the Sunday Lunch. We opted for the two course lunch (skipping the starter). We chose the chicken - roast breast of chicken, mashed potato, carrots & mustard sauce - a simple meal excellently prepared & cooked. For desert we chose 'Steamed Date Pudding - a little like... I stayed here in July 2015. I went to the gym which shuts at 10pm - not like some where it gets closed early. Food service in the Brasserie is meant to finish at 9.30 and I was starving! The first class staff asked the chef to cook for me - he cooked a first class steak, veg, chips, and... More

I can't think of anything positive to say about this place. It is noisy, bright and lacking in atmosphere. It took a long while for our order to be taken. The soup was OK, but the main courses were laughable - tiny portions, bland and uninspiring. Another interminable wait for the desserts, during which the staff busied themselves around us... More

I'm a paying guest in the hotel. Food was ok, really nothing special. It is very overpriced for what it is. Sea Bass Fillet for £16. The fish was the size of 2 fish fingers side by side. Maybe if the plates were not so big the servings would not look so small, but even in smaller plates the portion... More

Crewe Hall knows how to do afternoon tea the traditional way. From the special tea timers and wide selection of teas offered to the perfect scones, Crewe Hall is a top afternoon tea destination. We started with a sherry and I had three pots of tea - offered graciously by the waiting staff. The sandwiches and cakes were all delicious... More

Great location, clean and pleasant surroundings. Good selection of good quality food. Limited selection of drinks at the bar and bar staff not that helpful or accommodating. Lacks that special touch.

Went for a Spa day and stayed for snacks later. Great spa with helpful staff. Added a massage, which was good, but too dimly lit in waiting area and salon.Food and drink later were delicious. Service could have been better, slow in responding to requests. Would recommend spa treats.

Expansive buffet breakfast with many different choices of hot and cold foods. Relaxed surroundings with attentive and friendly staff. Quality coffee and tasty sausages!
