Set in our contemporary west wing, the Brasserie is uncompromisingly modern. The décor is light, fresh and inspirational, and the menu is, well, light, fresh and inspirational, only more filling than the décor. To make the venue even more outstanding, we got all clever with some high-tech architecture and created a fabulous rotating bar.We fully recommend that you pre-book your dining table in The Brasserie bar and restaurant.

Family lunch, evening dinner.

Long time to get served at lunch, especially with four very hungry children. Bill incorrect but mistake rectified. Dinner was lovely with great service.

If your on a works do or wedding/ party this would be fine but after paying quite a bit for a nice room in the old building we had to walk down two long corridors to get to the brasserie, which has got no charm or feel good like the rest of the hotel. Food was ok, Lunch and dinner... More

We went as a 30th birthday treat for my other half. I paid for a package which included an overnight stay, use of spa facilities, a 50 minute spa treatment, lunch and £25 per person for an evening meal. We had 3 courses and there was still money left over from our budget. The food was delicious, and there was... More

The food was amazing, The choice was difficult to choose from. Gourmet food, at pub prices ! The staff in the restaurant were very attentive, I would most definitely recommend the Brasserie.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and visited here both mornings for breakfast. The food was lovely and plenty of it....all fresh and buffet style so could help yourself to as much, or little as you wanted. You could also have table service, but we didnt experience this. Service let this place down however.....ordered coffee when we entered... More

Stayed at Crewe hall for a spa getaway which included food with he package. The decor is very nice and when the food comes out that is nice as well but at lunch we ordered at 12:30 and the food came out at 1:45. We only ordered sandwiches so I don't understand why it took so long. Dinner service was... More

I went to the brasserie as I had family staying at Crewe Hall hotel. We didn't get off to the best start as the fish sharing platter wasn't available. It was the first night of a new menu as well. I ordered Chicken Kiev and it was extremely dry. I'd also like to mention that it wasn't really a Kiev... More
