Description: Set in our contemporary west wing, the Brasserie is uncompromisingly modern. The décor is light, fresh and inspirational, and the menu is, well, light, fresh and inspirational, only more filling than the décor. To make the venue even more outstanding, we got all clever with some high-tech architecture and created a fabulous rotating bar.We fully recommend that you pre-book your dining table in The Brasserie bar and restaurant.

Have eaten here on a number of occasions as resident and non-resident. The dinner menu is not extensive but the dishes are carefully selected to provide variety. This evening we had 2/3 courses all of which were delicious. Dinning here is relaxed and unpretentious in a modern setting (not to be confused with the fine dining restaurant in the older... More

We stayed at Crewe Hall Hotel in Cheshire and The Brasserie was the restaurant on site. While the food, wine and service were excellent, I was disappointed that the restaurant was so modern in comparison to the hotel. However I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience.

After walking through the impressive old house of the hotel I was initially a little disappointed that the main restaurant was housed 'outback' in the modern wing, but those feeling melted away with the excellent service and great food and wines on offer. A very modern setting that was surprisingly intimate. Well done on the balance of traditional and modern.

We have enjoyed many fantastic afternoon teas at Crewe Hall over the years and were really looking forward to celebrating my daughter's birthday. As we arrived in reception the lady on the desk never even looked up, a change from the usual warm welcome received in the past. After 5 minutes a waiter pushed past us carrying a tea tray... More

My husband and I had a fabulous evening here. The fish and steak we had were perfectly cooked. The sticky toffee pudding was divine. Most of the service staff were professional but there was too long a wait for the starters to arrive. Overall we would definitely visit again.

We visited here for my 30th Birthday meal as we used to love it here. The last few times we have been we have been disappointed but we thought we'd try it again and I have to say it was back on top form. The Service was brilliant and so was the food. There was a bit of a wait... More

We had lunch, dinner and breakfast. We could not believe the choice or the quality. Excellent does not seem to be an adequate word to describe everything.

I have just returned from Crewe Hall after booking a spa break with a group of friends. The standard of food was good but the lack of customer service let the weekend down. I felt it would be an advantage if all staff from the hotel reception girl to the bar & restaurant team attend a customer service refresh course.... More
