Set in our contemporary west wing, the Brasserie is uncompromisingly modern. The décor is light, fresh and inspirational, and the menu is, well, light, fresh and inspirational, only more filling than the décor. To make the venue even more outstanding, we got all clever with some high-tech architecture and created a fabulous rotating bar.We fully recommend that you pre-book your dining table in The Brasserie bar and restaurant.

Great service - inflated prices

A good variety of options, great service and quality. Price point too high and portions not the most generous

We have visited Crewe Hall and eaten in the brasserie for lunch on a spa day on numerous occasions. Sometimes it's buffet style, sometimes it's order from the menu. The food has always been quite acceptable apart from one time, when the buffet main course was lukewarm. My main gripe with this restaurant, which never seems to improve is the... More

food excellent quality (I had a 2 course "light lunch". Which was very generously proportioned). There was a good choice - I had a vegetarian Moroccan casserole which was delicious. Breakfast was fine. There was the usual fayre on offer plus a few extras which could be ordered fresh (eg. Porridge, poached eggs). The staff were pleasant but a little... More

Stayed at Crewe Hall and used the Brasserie for breakfast. This was a good quality breakfast with a good variety of choice. Its basically a hotel restaurant so don't expect to much ambiance. The only gripe was the service, having to ask repeatedly for tea. But all in all a good meal

About 45 min after ordering our food we were told our ticket had being lost so we re ordered. I found the closeness of surrounding tables not to my liking. However the food was very well prepared and presented. The service other than the lost ticket was excellent. And one big positive was dessert which were out of this world... More

Our table in the restaurant was already booked and we wandered down to the restaurant and arrived at 8.30pm. We were shown to a table for 2 in the restaurant, where my wife had to brush crumbs from her chair before she could sit down and brush crumbs from the table in front on her. Menus were handed to us... More

Not a lot of character, but menu and quality of food reasonably good. Service ok (when not too busy). Convenient place to eat if at the hotel, but wouldn't recommend seeking it out otherwise.

I am a firm believer in eating out to enjoy a quality service and atmosphere, otherwise you may as well have stayed at home! Having already had our reservation time brought forward 15mins without warning we made our way to the brasserie in plenty of time to catch a drink at the bar before being sat (and we're glad we...
