Set in our contemporary west wing, the Brasserie is uncompromisingly modern. The décor is light, fresh and inspirational, and the menu is, well, light, fresh and inspirational, only more filling than the décor. To make the venue even more outstanding, we got all clever with some high-tech architecture and created a fabulous rotating bar.We fully recommend that you pre-book your dining table in The Brasserie bar and restaurant.

Had lunch the worst chicken I have ever had and cold coffee. Then the ladies toilets were dirty. Will never go again.

Nothing to dislike all good quality food, plenty to choose from, great service, we didnt have to wait long between our course. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

My wife and I met my best friends for lunch here today. Crewe Hall is a magnificent Jacobean / Victorian Hall fully restored as a 4 star hotel. We ate a delicious lunch at the Brasserie accompanied by a very nice Spanish Tempranillo. All for a very reasonable price. We decided to adjourn to the the tea rooms for afternoon... More

Firstly you are not going to be eating your meal in Old Crewe Hall but in the poorly thought out and totally soulless extension more akin to a Beefeater. Staff are poorly trained and expect to be greeted by front of house by a how you doing and not a good evening. When you give your details the standard front... More

Lunch was all right and staff OK, but we were so disappointed with the ambience in this 'extension' part of the hotel. Too modern and cold for us. Complete contrast to the dining room in the old part of the hotel which is traditional and full of character.

As my group were staying at Crewe Hall and without driving there is nowhere else to go we ate in The Brasserie at the Hall. The food was very good reasonably priced and good sized portions. The service was a bit slow, we had to ask for our drinks after a 10 minute wait and canceled our deserts after almost... More
