Set in our contemporary west wing, the Brasserie is uncompromisingly modern. The décor is light, fresh and inspirational, and the menu is, well, light, fresh and inspirational, only more filling than the décor. To make the venue even more outstanding, we got all clever with some high-tech architecture and created a fabulous rotating bar.We fully recommend that you pre-book your dining table in The Brasserie bar and restaurant.

Saturday night and a full house- lively and really buzzing and the biggest surprise - it didn't impact on the service. Food was well presented and very attentive staff - who even had time to mentor a new start, how good is that for TEAMWORK !!

I visited here with friends for lunch - it wss my second visit and every bit as good as the first time. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were immediately taken to our table. We opted for the buffet which was a good selection of meats and salads along with Chinese food options. Service was friendly and efficient;... More

We had some friends staying & wanted a stylish venue with easy parking - we were made to feel most welcome. Drinks arrived promptly while we perused the tempting menu. The decor is modern with a lovely open plan dining area although there is space between the tables so you don't feel you have to talk in whispers. Food arrived... More

We are here for the 5th time and will continue to come back due to the friendly staff and lovely food. We had a very warm welcome and were made to feel special by all the staff. We would like to especially thank Dion Jones the Welsh chef "da iawn ti" for his kindness and excellent cooking. The food was just right - it was appetising, the service was great, staff were helpful and they were at hand for anything we needed, and they handled the pressure of a large business group just perfectly! Quick tip - don't make the same mistake I made, don't skip the dessert!

Over-described pub grub. Some ridiculous dishes (e.g. the cod has pork belly on the side) Quick, friendly service. Beef and marrow burger (bizarrely described as beef and marrow bone burger) was very good. Hand cut chips were utterly abysmal. How can any chef send out raw chips and be happy with that? Disgraceful.

Fantastic place, they gave us a few treats for our anniversary and lots of little touches. Cost of meal was not expensive and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. We will be visiting again.

Had an evening meal here with clients and loved every mouthful the atmosphere was fantastic I do however have to say that we were the loudest people in there but we didn't appear to upset anyone. Food was five star and the cost was very reasonable
