What you see is what you get.

Been here a few times with the children. They love it loads. They like the food and the indoor play area. Keeps them quiet and happy for a few hours. Myself, the food is ok reasonably priced and ok. It's not top notch but quite literally it's similar to all inclusive whilst on holiday abroad. Il be... read more

Rude rude rude. Eye rolling, tutting staff, moronic waiting on staff who apparently "don't care what they serve". Her words not mine. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to the Rookery Wood instead

It was my first visit to the Brocklebank the other day, the staff were really friendly and attentive, the play area was fantastic, two of my friends have small children who thoroughly enjoyed it, we were all satisfied with the food which arrived very quickly and was definitely worth the price we paid as they gave very generous portions, as... I have been to this establishment about five times across many years, when the kids were young it was an excellent place for them to go wild whilst the adults relaxed. Typical Brewers Fayre establishment, you know what to expect and thats why you go. This visit was not as expected, staff appeared to be at least de-moralised and the... More

Visited this establishment every other two weeks regularly, always been little niggling problems, but always overlooked these, thought oh well, and just put it down to one of those things......But tonight the waitress that served us surpassed herself in been really rude, five of us dining, four meals arrived so questioned if there was another meal to arrive, snapped back... I'm a believer in telling it how it is...here's my opinion.tables are sticky with spilt drinks and lack of cleaning,as a vegetarian,I found the menu extremely limited, ended up asking for chips and onion rings which were awful.my partners meal came fresh from the microwave, still frozen in the middle.we complained and,out of fairness to the young gentleman who was the duty... I took my wife in here for lunch on Sunday 31st May and initial impressions were good and the bar staff were very nice . That's as l,jgood as it gets. Two Cokes £4.40 and almost £20 for two meals. When we went to the carvery I asked for the roast beef . The chap with the beard looked miserable... More

Food is the standard brewers fayre menu. Starter produced very quickly and no real delay before the main was produced. Pleasant surroundings, clean and reasonably decorated. Staff busy and not very attentive....they forgot our sauces!
