Mothers day meal

A group of 20 Of my family embers attended on Mother's Day for a celebratory meal. A lot of people had starters, the orders went through quickly as we didn't wait long for food. The majority of us then had a carvery. It was our first time having a carvery here. The choice was a little limited... read more

We went out for lunch on Sunday...two adults, two children. It was very quiet when we arrived and there were a number of staff loitering around which surprised me considering the mess all over the floor. We ordered our food and requested no onion rings on one of the meals..which came out anyway. When we mentioned this to the waitress... More

The best part of this lunch was the amount of fun we had at the abysmal service. I would recommend ordering from the menu at random, as what you'll end up getting will invariably suprise you. And don't upset the chef by coming in a group of two or more people. WOULD GO AGAIN.

We booked a table of 14 at the Brocklebank for lunch as a couple of our fellow colleagues were leaving the company we work for. On arrival the staff appeared to not have a clue about our booking although our tables had been set out with reservation signs on them, so they did figure it out eventually and we were... More

All food is frozen stuff like what you get from a supermarket. Chips were bland oven chips. This is a pub so should have proper chips like thick cut chunky chips done by hand not treat your customers to awful oven chips! If I would have known would not have bothered! Stay clear as not proper pub grub!

Stayed for two nights at premier inn and used brewers fayre for meal upon arrival and also two morning breakfasts following this. Me and my wife found the evening meal was a poor overall experience. Prices granted were ok however our meals appeared to be all frozen stuff you would get from a supermarket. The burger my wife had no... More

Fish night, Curry club all very cheap and cheerful - we eat here with work mates and never expect to be wowed and never are. That said its generally clean, the drinks and food are cheap and the service decent. There is a ball pool play area for kids and as you would expect the closer you get to there... More

My boyfriend and I love brewers fayres and have found the food is as good in any part of the country. However this was particularly good especially the lasagne and the chicken and ham pie. Great prices for great food. This was super busy on a Saturday night but we found to the right of the bar there were more... More

I came here with my parents and my boyfriend, upon arriving we hadn't booked in advance as its a pub. The man showed us to our table after confirming it with his boss as it was reserved, half the tables in our section were reserved and nobody was at them but they were reserved for people arriving at 6pm, we... Visiting Crewe to see family, we booked into adjacent Premier Inn. Asked Premier Inn receptionist if we should book a table for dinner but told that as it was midweek it would not be necessary. However, when we went to restaurant we were told there were no tables available and there currently was a 55 minute wait for food. Apparently... More
