Another Christmas dinner

A group of around forty of us had our Christmas dinner at the Coach House. The pub is very long and roomy and welcoming. We had a large space at the back. Our dinner choices were brought to us promptly and with a smile. The waiting staff were excellent. Couldn't praise them enough. My dinner... read more

We ate at this pub on a few occasions during our visit and found the food to be excellent, and that included finding food for my child with a severe food allergy. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly even during the very busy time around New Year and were great at encouraging us to enjoy some much needed family... More

This year we had our dinner at the Coach House its was absolutely brilliant, we had a bit of a mix up with who was having what, but once sorted it was perfection on a plate, the Manager & her staff worked so hard to make sure all needs were catered for even explaining the bill and they all deserve... I had heard good things about this restaurant so I lunched there to day. I must say I was very disappointed. Fish and chips is the basic pub lunch and you need to get it right. Service was very slow, and when it arrived it looked less than appealing. The batter on my fish was one shade away from black.... More

Having just moved to the area this was my first visit today but won't be the last! Lovely interior, light and airy, comfortable seating, friendly, polite, helpful staff and wonderful food. We visited at lunchtime and it was busy but we were served quickly with a friendly smile from the bar staff and the waitress was very attentive. Having worked... More

Been many times over the past couple of years. Always good service, tasty food and good value for money. The drinks are well priced too. Wish they still did Buritos but the menu is very varied. Clean tidy with good facilities and helpful staff

A very nice pub, good food, but awful service, waitress was very nice, but bar service and manager was not helpful at all, no smile while ordering and would not give you any request for a child and vegetarian. Will not be visiting again

As a regular visitor to The Coach House over the last 6 to 10 month it's a pleasure to be able to say that this delightful pub is actually getting even better! The food and drink is always reasonably priced, well presented and tastes fantastic. The service is personal and friendly, you always feel welcome and valued here. Location wise... More
