I've been here many times, I've reviewed once before, but yesterday was the first time I've had the burger. Put simply, it was - by a considerable margin - the best burger I have ever had. Perfectly cooked, thick and juicy. I will be back. Very soon...

Lunch yesterday for 6. Wonderful! Although very busy (unsurprisingly), Jo and Mark were very attentive and interested in us. Jo made my very picky husband an off the menu sandwich which he loved. Food is always the very best in both quality and portion size - we had two smaller appetites and the excess was parcelled up for them to... More

even just going in for two coffes takes 30 mins. The staff seem to forget that they need to take orders. The worst part is tying to get the bill. My last two visits I was close to walking out without paying since they were disinterested in taking the cash.

Not been here for about 18 months until this week as previously disappointed with the service and attitude of some of the staff members. Was hoping that time might have improved this - but clearly not. We had to wait 30 minutes (or 27 mins to be precise as I was impudently corrected by the waiter) for 3 very simple... More

Had the sausage baguette, freshly baked baguette good quality sausage, asked for English mustard and ketchup, received two grubby unlabelled fairground style bottles that ejected foul cheap vinegary crap. The English mustard was cheap American hhot dog mustard which ruined the whole thing. Why go to such effort then cut corners!!! Very disappointing for the price.

Shame the owners or any of the normally reliable staff were not on duty for Breakfast today- lovely coffee however the staff were completely disorganised. I normally never complain however I had no option today as I witnessed my hot bacon sandwich come from the kitchen with one member of staff asking another which table? I can't remember one waitress... More

So everyone around me was eating amazing looking meat - Chateaubriand and alike, and all 4 of us chose fish? The king klip and shellfish extras were overcooked and poorly presented. Soft Shelled Crabs weren't good either, but then I guess they must have been frozen. Everything was just a little bit overpriced for what it was. Is someone raves... More

I've been coming here for seven years and I love it! They've renovated twice and expanded due to great demand, which is testimony to their popularity. The food is always excellent and turned around really quickly if you're in a hurry. Service and food is 5 star, and has improved over time! I don't understand the negative reviews that seem... More

I am beyond ecstatic to have discovered this absolute gem in Beaconsfield. Firstly the food is superb. I have enjoyed everything I have tried on the menu, and i have tried a lot, but always go back to my absolute favourite the king klip. The hallumi and watermelon salad is incredible, such a great combination of flavours. Truly delicious. The... More
