Definitely a must for a special occasion.....I had the most amazing beetroot starter. Should have a Michelin star by now, apparently Raymond Blanc is a regular! We sat with the view of the kitchen, no shouting and slamming a la 'Ramsay here, they looked calm and focused, great entertainment watching them put it all together.
