Cheap and Delicious Authentic Mexican and Yucatecan Dishes!

I visited Loncheria El Amigo Casiano once a day during my most recent travels to Valladolid (November 15-18) and it quickly became one of my favourite places to eat! It is located inside the El Bazar Municipal open-air food court and plaza situated on the north side of Valladolid’s central square... read more

Great lunch place. Had the Longaniza with beans. Milkshakes are really good. A lunch for two will be around 120 pesos. Highly recommended.

When you see lots of locals eating there you know it is going to be good, and certainly it was one of the best eats in my whole 3 week Mexican trip. Located in the Plaza in a kind of open food court with many jewelry shops (a real weird mix: food and gold everywhere…) it is the last restaurant... More

We ate here mainly because we watched most of the local people in the plaza eating here instead of the other places nearby. We were not disappointed. I had the chicken mole and my husband had the pollo empanizado (mexican fried chicken). It was all excellent. There are fishbowls of fresh juice served here as well and were very tasty.... More

I loved this restaurant and ate here for lunch almost every day that I stayed in Valladolid. They are only open for lunch and are always packed with locals. This place is located in the furthest corner of the El Bazaar Municipal food court at the corner of Calle 39 and 40. They serve the cheapest and tastiest authentic Mexican... More

They have everything, all Yucatecan specialties and more, and for the best price. You'll know it right away, all the locals go there and pretty much ignore the rest.

We had a mixed bag of food at this lonchoria. Stayed next door at Él Mason and decided to try lunch here based on TA reviews. The Sopa de Lima was tasty, but the chicken tacos were cold and tasteless. My husband ordered the chuleta. Instead of grilled pork chops it was 2 ham steaks, tasty, but not what expected.... More

We went all in and bought too many tacos, tostadas and tortas. Its cheap, tasty and the line here is long. This booth is the furthest in the food court.

Stopped here for lunch. Out of the other options at this food court, this place seemed like the most popular, and we figured, the best tasting. So we took a chance. Not knowing spanish, or the food, we basically ordered a wide of selection of items. The sopa de lima was pretty good. As were the tacos, salbutes and penuchos.... More
