The food here was excellent. The chips were served with a variety of dips that none of us could identify but couldn't stop eating. Couple of them were the spiciest we ever had but we kept dipping. The meat sampler plate was one of the best Mayan meals we had. We were glad to have ample parking as the city... More

The place is astonishing, but the restaurant not. Terrible service and average food, but you can avoid eating here, go only to the Cenote and enjoy the view and the swimming.

Crystal clear water and beautiful light show cause by rays of sunlight. The adjacent authentic restaurant serves great food and musical entertainment

We visited this restaurant on our first full day in Mexico, and couldn't have loved it more. We ordered a meal for our family that had a selection of 7 different local Yucatan specialties, and what an amazing selection it was. We loved it, and it set us up for ordering future meals on our travels. The conchinita cerdo was... More

We had an acceptable meal here. Service was predictably slow but very friendly, quality of food OK, slightly pricey but with large portions. If you've never seen a cenote or a palapa, here's your chance to view the former while sitting in the latter. If you have, well, you'll understand why we'd rather eat elsewhere and chose not to go... Cenote Zaci was beautiful. The entrance coming in was filled with vendors. There is a man in charge of the bathroom who charges $3...which you can smell from outside. I did not use the bathroom here due to the smell emanating from it.The Cenote itself was incredible! The view was amazing and the description given to use is that it... More

It is worth the visit but after snorkeling many beautiful cenotes in Quintana Roo this one, that has dark water, just isn't as beautiful or as inviting to swim as the turquoise waters of other cenotes.

We had lunch at Zaci but did not take a dip in the cenote - although it would have been good value, kind of a 2 for the price of 1! The food was pretty standard, although good. The service was friendly, informative and accommodating. The last being very important to me. We travel with our Jack Russell and they... More

The location and atmosphere are nice, and eating in the restaurant gets you free entry to the cenote. Our food was very tasty, although the service was slow.
