Next time you are in Mahahual, Costa Maya Mexico - take the time to drive south about 6 KM for dinner - you will NOT be disappointed. Not only is the food made to order with a great menu, and not only is it well prepared and delicious - but you have the added bonus of meeting and talking with... More

I think this is the best place to eat in all of Mahahual. It's located about 6km south of town, but it's worth the trip. We had stuffed poblanos and they were out of this world! We've eaten in almost every restaurant in Mahahual (been going there for about 8 years now) and this is the best place for sure.... More

This is a great little spot run by a really awesome and friendly couple, Justa and Albert. The food is great, especially the garlic creme sauce and pita! We also enjoyed the shrimp curry. And I can't forget to mention Albert's margaritas...a lot of love goes into those drinks!! The restaurant is small, but has a livelier atmosphere than some... More

Good food and really good price. The owners are very nice and friendly. Limit to only seafood , so not the greatest selection but great for seafood!

I've never eaten such good food in a restaurant, where I felt like I was being welcomed in someone's home. Justa cooks what she lives, with a Dutch sensibility with spices. Albert is terrific host and bartender. If you have luck, Justa will have made rum raisin ice cream for dessert. Couple also have a corner of the warm and... More

Beautifully decked out with traditional designs to give it an authentic Mexican feel, the couple who run and own it have done everything to make dining here a special experience. The food, including the freshly baked pitta bread is delicious, the seafood (fresh shrimp) and the poblanos were beauiful crafted and very tasty. Highly recommended.

We spent a week in Majahual. Of all the places we stopped to eat, this is one of the few we stopped back a second time. Lovely people, great food. What else can you ask for? We highly recommend checking this place out!

Our group ate there twice during our stay. The owners have developed a charming atmosphere and serve excellent food. We could not have had a better dining experience and I could not recommend them enough. Please treat yourself and visit the travel in. You will not be disappointed

They are open at 5:30 for dinner. I had the stuffed pepper and the wife had the swarmi. Both meals were fantastic. Well worth the drive out. The meals with a beer and a pina colada came to 330mx.
