I like the cleaness of my room at the first floor, but when I changed room to the level floor, window and door screens had holes on them not very good if you like fresh air. But hotel is pretty clean. Beach is awful. It had "sargazo" as many beaches at the Costa Maya and har to swim with a... More

After a long sunny day at the beach, we were ready for a large meal, so we stopped at Luna de Plata. Thankfully, staff warned us to be cautious when ordering, since we began asking one dish each (4). Following his advice, we had a marvelous dinner with pasta and pizza, and left fully satisfied, in any way. A must... More

Note: the map on this site puts Luna de Plata at the wrong end of the Malacon. It is 0.2 Km SOUTH of the end of the pedestrian-only section. Their homemade pasta is excellent, as is the grouper ravioli. For a good deal order the delicious eggplant appetizer (which is a huge portion).

We stayed in the hotel for one night so next day we had breakfast in their restaurant. We had Mexican omelet which was good but when you compare it to other Mexican restaurants the portion was small. My brother ate another one after his first round. Also they did have any own Mexican sauce, only from bottles.

This is an excellent Italian restaurant in Mahahual town. Pasta with seafood is amazing. I really recommend this place. Next time I visit Mahahual for sure I will return to this place for having dinner.

We have been here before, and fell in love with the view and food!! The service is awesome, and the Italian food was excellent!! The lasagna was great!! But we loved the bread that comes out before, and the spicy olive oil is a must!! We were with 16 friends and each one of us had a view of the... More

Although it might be a little hard to find, it's a great little place with friendly waiters and good food. Also very affordable! Good tastes and a great ambiance.

Homemade pasta with delicious sauces. I enjoyed the grouper ravioli very much. Just out of the craziness of town. Well taken care of building and beach.

In low seasons there are few guys for the service in restaurant, but the food is really tasty, and you can find some good mexican wines
