Staff very attentive, food good, seems small portions but we all left full. You need a good 90 minutes for the meal.

Nice dining experience here. Tranquil environment, good food with reasonable choices on each menu course. I had the filet mignon, which was excellent. Service was first class. Truly a fine dining establishment. Wish we had the chance to revisit during our stay.

When I asked which was a good restaurant to have a steak I was advised this one. What great advice. Lovely setting; attentive and friendly staff with great food. It was all free but I would have willingly paid. Best a la carte in Coba.

Le Gourmet is one of the a la carte restaurants at Grand Bahia and was most enjoyable. Compared with Don Pablo, it has a slightly less formal, and certainly less crowded, feel allowing relaxed dining whilst sampling a menu the equal of any other on the resort. The service is attentive but not intrusive and for me it struck the... More

There were no Appetizers and Desserts Buffet, like El Pescador, Tequila and Frutos del Mar Restaurants, but the food was delectable, truly French, and the dessert and Mexican coffee were excellent. Service and ambiance were excellent. My wife and I, coming from Montreal, we had a great time,! Recommended, especially to weight watchers and romantic ladies.

Having stayed at the Gran Bahia Principe resort, we wanted to check out the Le Gourmet restaurant. Unfortunately, I think we chose a bad night for it. We were booked for 7.30pm and arrived about 15 mins before. I kid you not, we did not leave until after 10pm. My partner and I are usually very quick when we go... More

The sea scallop appy was delicious and we both loved the filet mignon. We also had the pork tenderloin and stuffed chicken. They were great too! The Chocolate fodant dessert is a must.

This was a terrible venue, see the bulk of the resort review. Perhaps we simply had a bad experience, but the meal was horrid and I would avoid this place.
