It has taken me a while but my experience is fresh in my mind. I was in Akumal in February and I frequented Tequilaville at least 7 times. Sometimes twice a day. The beer was ice cold and everything I ordered off the menu was excellent. The service was fantastic and Gilbert and Ken made me feel like a regular.... More

Read about this restaurant on another web site and decided to try it. My wife told me that if we had found it at the start of our vacation instead of at the end, we would have eaten there every night! Owners Ken and Mitch are full of local information; just ask if you want to know something and yes,... More

Great ribs on Wednesday and Friday! The coldest beer and best Bloody Mary's in Akumal. As a full time resident in Mexico we miss a few crazy U.S. foods. Tequilaville is now offering deep fried Corn dogs. Yeeha! The bartender has a heavy hand so be careful.

We went here for our last dinner out. The food was delicious, and we learned about pomegranate tequila that was a hit. Fun night.

Cold cold beers. Excellent food. We ate here twice and both times it was very tasty and very reasonably priced. Ken the owner is super friendly. Def will come back again when we're here next.

Basic furnishings, local patrons, colorful decor.... great food! And Margaritas! Go there -- and don't forget to chat with the owner. He'll probably be hanging out.

If staying in or around Akumal you should definitely hop across to the pueblo and check this place out. Great food, good prices and friendly staff will have you going back again and again!

We took the time to go there to take a look at the pueblo at the same time. Food was okay but very ordinary. Service was minimal. The owner was there and very friendly. You can eat much better at similar prices in the tourist area. Oh!, and the pueblo side is not the pretty Mexican village that we had... More
