I ordered Burrito with meat, was ok. I didn't find that watermelon juice was special. But ice cream was good. Especially because it's home made, so it's something new. I tried Nutella, would recommend it. And my husband took peanut ice cream that was crunchy and interesting ) the bill was about 550 pesos which is 100 dollars.

The atmosphere here is just perfect the place is like in the middle of the jungle, sorruonded by trees. Me and my wife went there after reading some tripadvisor reviews (while we were relaxing on the beautiful free beach, just a few steps from there) and discovered that everything other travelers wrote is so true. I had a grilled chicken... More

Great breakfasts and ice cream! My son had ice cream for breakfast one morning. I loved the crab cake benedict.

We were in Akumal for a week and tried a couple of different restaurants which were good. But Turtle Bay was the best. We had their taco and flatbread happy hour sprecials along with items from the regular menu. Nothing disappointed. Pies, breads and ice cream were also fantastic. Lambburger was the best.

Be very careful at the bar, the bartender ripped us off big time. I am from NYC and I'm used to paying high prices for drinks but what they charged was outrageous.

We stopped in one afternoon for coconut ice cream and it was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful! It's also a plus that they're all animal lovers too! We'll definitely return to sample other items on their menu!

This was our favorite eating place in the Akumal area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Blackened fish tacos were the BEST anywhere. Breakfast crab benedict was scrumptious, as were chilaquiles. Service was efficient and friendly. Juices were fresh. Ice cream was heavenly--salted caramel ice cream was so decadent I thought twice about finishing it...but I did! Great place; quiet in... More

We have been Akumal visitors since 2008, and we can confidently say there is NO better place to eat than Turtle Bay. Whether it's a delicious smoothie, incredible breakfasts, or amazing dinners, you cannot go wrong here. The Happy Hour specials are incredible, too, with insanely cheap and delicious flatbreads as well as the best fish tacos for only 70... More

Flatbreads, Flintstone size steaks, fresh fish and more. Great bar area with HD TV sports. Servers are attentive and the kitchen clean. If the owner is around ask him to stop by your table. Bart always makes you laugh with his big smile and comments.

We didn't have meals here but instead had the lovely cake and ice cream. There was a huge variety to choose from and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely go there again! The cakes were amazing and were generous portions so we shared. We also tried some of the smoothies which were really fresh and fruity.
