We ate here after a dive because of the reviews and the reviews were spot on. We started with the tortilla soup the flavor was excellent. Then we had coconut shrimp and shrimp tacos, both were very good as well. Needless to say we were very full.

Go to Lucy's and ask for Ruby to be your server. Ruby has worked at Lucy's for 8 years and this is where she has learned her English, which is as broken as you'd expect, but well-suited for offering you drink and meal ideas from her near decade of working there! Go there for the mojito, but stay well past... More

Some disclaimers: I don't mean to be reviewing a restaurant, but rather a product...and anything like "research " was impossible because I don't speak Spanish. However, counter that with a love of frozen confections, and that I'm the coauthor of a 1980s travel guide entitled "The Very Best Ice Cream and Where to Find It." The "product" is the work,... All the flavors are great, there are vegan ice creams available too which my favorite is Dulce de leche! Mint chocolate chip is always a winner as well.

I enjoyed Lucy's after dinner at Turtle Bay a couple of nights and it was amazing. Dark chocolate habanero and salted caramel were amazing. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

We heard about the ice cream so we went to try it nice flavors but not creamy and too many ice crystals , the bakery did not have a lot of options but looked good . The seating is wonderful , under cover and cool , service was nice for us and others eating there.

Service was very slow, food and as cold, staff were not attentive to customer needs, and the margaritas were actually brown. Very bad experience with restaurant allowing rude peddlers into the front area of the restaurant while diners were trying to eat. Some of the peddlers became rude and pushy but still the restaurant staff and manager did nothing to... More

I enjoyed toasted sourdough bread with butter and jam in the morning. Coffee, of course. I went back several times for their homemade ice-cream!

The ice cream here is delicious bit so it the food and dessert. We had the fish tacos and slamon burger, both were really well cooked. We then had ice cream (chocolate habanero and salted caramel) and the key lime pie. The key lime pie was really nice and I wish I could go back and have it again!

After swimming with the turtles in Akumal Bay we was very hot. My daughter wanted some ice cream, cookies and cream homemade was excellent. Best of the 10 places she had ice cream.
