Although we did not make it on this latest trip, Teresa's is an absolutely must stop location for wonderful Italian food served in a home like atmosphere. We love it. Direct interaction with the owners and the "dining room" is connected to their home as a beautiful courtyard. Romantic? A-1. Non couples out for an outstanding meal? A-1. Could not... More

What a find in Punta Mita Mexico. Fantastic and authentic Italian cuisine in a startling replica of an open air European plaza. The owner and her family invite you into their home and embrace you with their personalities, food and wine. Recommend a reservation and a taxi to and from.

When you're tired of Mexican food this is definitely the place. They are so welcoming that you really feel like you are eating in their home. They made us a appetizer platter that was truly delicious. The lasagna was heavy but superb. It was a welcome change from tacos and enchiladas in the most friendly atmosphere.

I know what you're thinking - "Italian food in Mexico - Fughedaboutit". I was skeptical as well until I took my first bite of Lasagna. Let me just say that this place rivals the best Italian food restaurants I've been to in New York and Boston. The pasta is fresh, the atmosphere is quaint, and the service is excellence. If... More

This place isn't bad. But I'm going to compare it not to other Italian restaurants in Mexico, but other great italian restaurants that I've eaten at in the U.S. The food is very basic and straightforward. They are not trying to push the limits here. Its your typical, northern Italian "safe" fare (lasagna, pasta bolognese, etc). Prices are crazy high... More

We love the food at Casa Teresa. When we visit Punta Mita we always include a dinner at Casa Teresa. The setting is very nice, but can be uncomfortable if it is hot and humid. All of the food is very well prepared and service outstanding. The only potential complaint is the prices. It is a bit expensive for the... More

We had a great dinner last Thursday and really enjoyed it. We had the most amazing eggplant lasagna ever! The place is romantic and it really makes you feel like you are in Italy. Nadia and her mom Teresa do a fantastic job making feel guests welcome. Thank you for a great evening. Arturo
