I went to Shu with my friends and family. We had a nice time, good food, and excellent service. I don't like the fact of them having a valet parking. I'm pretty sure my car got a scratch witch I noticed it later on. Besides that everything is great. I truly recommend it.

Shu Santa Fe has it all, a good location, great setting, sober decor, close-to-perfect service, and the best tepanyaki food you can get in Mexico City. The chef was very polite and friendly, non-intrusive and willing to share and explain in detail each dish.

Business Dinner. We sat a a Tepanyaki table. Dinner was good, not great. They did forgot some parts of our orders, and were late bringing it. For a business dinner, restaurant's volume was good, so talking was not a problem. Valet entrance was under construction, so it was a bit complicated. The adjacent bar looked very good. private upstairs lounge... More

I love Japanese. I had the shrimp and it was very good. The best part of the meal was the tuna appetizer. It was scrumptious! The service was good. The staff spoke english to converse well, and it was quiet enough to have a buisness conversation without yelling.

A good friend of mine recommended me this place as one of best restaurants in Mexico. Today, just a few minutes ago, after a long day of work and meetings from a Tourist convention I wanted to treat myself so I decided to visit the place alone. After getting sit on one of their tempanyaki tables a nice gentleman came... More

Over priced, like almost every second part (was made out of Suntory's left overs!) is not worthy.. avoid!

If you like the trendy & upscale bon vivance, then this is place to be... If you are going for the food, I suggest you keep your tab at the bar. Their counterpart, Suntory, on Palmas has better food and a more elegant atmosphere. Great place to go with your friends for a drink, decorations are modern and slick, but... More
