Welcome to Teresita's Panaderia y Bistro in Alamos, Sonora, Mexico...My little brainchild that got out of control, as wild, creative children do. We evolved from selling a few baguettes a day, a few days a week, to serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We added a special wine menu, featuring Wagner wines imported from California, among others. We love to make specialty desserts such as chocolate, almond torte, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and the classic French tarte tatin. Our breakfast pastries range from warm almond croissant to morning glory muffins, scones and sticky buns. Our house-made breads include, of course, baguettes, but the list has grown to include Italian, Whole-wheat walnut, Rosemary, gluten-free and Organic Sonoran White wheat. We are always experimenting with new ingredients that we find, grow or harvest and will continue to work towards being as local, sustainable and organic as we can be.

Little Teresa's

A very good menu and bar, within easy walking distance of the Hacienda de Los Santos. Desserts to do for.

Every tourist town in Mexico should hire Tetesita to open a place like this. What a jewel in an interesting cow town! Great coffee in Mexico is not a dream, cannot say enough about the decor, service and food. When you want to take photos of the bathrooms (for good reasons) you have a special place. Sue and had breakfast... More

We were recommended to try Teresita's the next time we came to Alamos.. and we were very satisfied.. When we arrived, all the cooks were pouring over some pots of colorful local dishes in the open kitchen. Between our fresh salads, excellent house wine, and Poblano chiles with a cream sauce and pomegranate seeds we had a memorable lunch. The... More

This tastefully designed and decorated pastry and cafe serves interesting delicious dishes in a garden setting. Don't miss this delightful bistro.

We went for lunch on Valentine's day. The food was exquisite and prices were reasonable. The bakery has lots of decadent choices and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

The Pork was fabulous, rich & flavorful. We all enjoyed our lunch and they didn't mind lingering over dessert. A local meeting spot.

The food was terrific, service great and they keep the customers happy. The food was world class. Good selection of food and a very cozy setting (both inside and outside). It is back in the community section of town but within walking distance.

I ordered wrong. I should have known better than to order salmon in MEX, but it was a "special". Asked for it to be cooked 3/4, but it came out well done and so dry I didn't eat it. Others I was with liked their dinners.

Oh my... Thank you so much for pointing out that your salmon was over cooked. With out your input we are not able to do a better job. It would have been our pleasure to replace your salmon order. Do give us another chance. Thanks, Teri More

People said that this is the best place in town to eat.. There is not alot of choices, but the wait staff was not attenative at all. I would not rate this the best at all. There was a lot party of woman there for coffee and dessert so maybe that is why we were ignored.

Teresitas offers a tasty option in town. The food and service is excellente. Only opened a few years and the menu options and hours have expanded. Restaurant offers Breakfast, lunch and limited dinner choices. I think it's a great lunch choice- quiche and salads are Bon Appetit, great coffee and desert choices plentiful. You will love the outside garden seating... More
