This restaurant is terribly overpriced and the quality of the food is quite low. The restaurant is located outside of Gate 5, just behind the Pyramid of the Sun. You can leave and come back into the ruins without an issue. The food here was not that great. We ordered cactus soup, ant eggs and chicken with huitlacoche. The soup... More

The service was not bad at all, unlike some of the reviews here. Food was not bad either. Price is acceptable given the atmosphere and setting. It's definitely worth the try.

We stopped at the cave for a delightful lunch. The ambiance was perfect: nice Mexican music, nice decor, great service with excellent food. The perfect getaway from a long hot hike. It's a little pricey, gut a nice retreat from the sun after hiking. We left happy and refreshed.

Look, this restaurant is worth visiting because of its location. How many opportunities will you have to eat in a cave? The cave and setting is Excellent; it truly is beautiful and is worth your time. You will need to be prepared to spend a little more money than usual, but again, you are eating in a beautiful cave. You... More

Definitely worth to visit as the restaurant is in a cave.. Very pretty and unique. Don't expect an outstanding culinary experience as food was more average than it should have been. This happens in most of the cool located restaurants anyway.. They forget to challenge themselves on food as they have the interior to bring people in. It is a... More

WOW! How often do you get to eat inside a natural cave? After a long walk climbing pyramids. This place offers a nice area, with natural AC! The food is good, don't expect the best culinary experience anywhere at that area, if you do is probably a better idea to drive back to the Mexico City. I will recommend this... More

The atmosphere is different, you eat in a real cave. Bring a jacket because it is a bit chilly. A nice traditional spectacle entertained us for a while. The food was average and expensive, nothing special, it arrived to the table cold.

The location is definitely neat to see and experience. Ate here with a group, so didn't get to choose my meal, the food was perfectly fine, but nothing special. Almost felt more like a typical NA tex mex meal as opposed to more traditional Mexican; except the mole sauce which is always better in Mexico. Good to have a sweater... More
