Located on the busy Carretera in Ajijic, the traffic noise may bother some visitors. I enjoy their crepes (can choose your own ingredients) and varied salads. Good value for a glass of nice wine too. It's easy to park so I visit them often.

I have been to this restaurant several times and have yet to be disappointed with their food. The omelets are tasty and served hot with bread and jam.The steak bagel on the lunch menu is the best bagel sandwich I have had. Juicy beef with sauteed onions and peppers on a cheese bagel, along with a substantial salad. If you... More

Reviewed this place before and decided to try it again. Cappuccinos were good. Food was not good at all. The complimentary bread came ice cold. When the jam was served with the bread it looked like it had been to other tables before getting to ours? See pics. The chilaquiles were the worse I have eaten. The three strands of... More

An excellent restaurant with a wonderful variety of salads, sandwiches, pizzas and entres. I've never been disappointed. They also have breakfast, but I've only had lunch or dinner. The ambiance is lovely with a choice of eating on the front or back patio or inside. Lovely garden and trees. They also have desserts and espresso.

Had dinner there last evening since I was craving pasta. Ordered the Capresi salad and chicken fettuccine, my husband had the chicken Parmesan. The Capresi came with very thick slices of tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, Yum! Then the dinners came and I was very pleased with the pasta and the cream sauce on my fettuccine. My husbands chicken parm could... More

We came here two years ago and the service and food is still excellent. The restaurant is very clean and you are made really welcome. We go at least once a week while we are here.

Had lunch at El Pranzo & it was so good. They certainly give you lots to eat & everything was very fresh. I would recommend this to everyone. Lovely outside patio so you can enjoy the fresh air & flowers.

Ate lunch here with friends and will return often. Food was good, Try the shrimp burger. But skip the fries as they were thin, oily and not very tasty. Service was prompt and friendly. Ask for an "inside" table as the traffic noise from the highway can be bothersome.

Good food, and a great place to sit outside and watch the world go by. Their crepes are wonderful as is their wine by the glass. (Grown-up glasses, which are rather rare here in MX). Good service. An ex-pat hang-out of sorts.

We had a great lunch here. The sandwich was one of the best I have ever had! Nice outdoor setting, too.
