The meal we had here was fantastic. As good as anything I've had in a fancy restaurant. Even my son loved it - he had the pheasant.

We were there for a short stay and we absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautiful with fully renovated rooms, yet it has kept a lovely rustic charm. Beautiful pedestrian trails surround the hotel, along with a lovely and peaceful river. It's perfect to disconnect from the city. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner in their dining room - great... After a long walk inside the Gaspesie park, it's a nice place to make a stop, have a cold beer in a comfortable place, eat mussels with French fries. Not the best restaurant in the world and even in Gaspesie, but well located ! :-)

We spent two nights here during the first week of October in perfect weather and fall foliage. The food at the Gites was exceptional, particularly because of it's relatively isolated location. Try the creme brûlée, which changes slightly every night.

We stayed in this gite for two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The staff at reception was very helpful and room was big and clean, however it lacked charme. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. We loved dinner as it was delicious. We had the three course dinner including soup, main and desert. Unfortunately, breakfast... More

This is a steady upward climb of 2500 ft that took us ~4 hrs on a warm but otherwise perfect day. The view from the top is West to the Chic Chocs, out to the St. Lawrence and East to Mont Jacques Cartier. There is an alternate return which we missed because we didn't have a map.

Superb a gastronomic delight. We were 2 couples and had 4 different appetizers entrees and deserts and all were superb. The restaurant is worth a detour.
