...it is well worth it, especially if it is included as part of one of the hotel package. Had breakfast on two occasions there and were not disappointed. Nice spread of options and very high quality food. Fairly speedy and friendly service. "Cook-to-order" egg station. Maple butter crepes are to die for! Some less traditional fruit options are available such... More

I came here for a convention that was held over the weekend. The restaurant menu for lunch is expensive very limited choices and nice but not delicious. My waitress was very nice and courteous. She made a few suggestions and what she recommended i did end up having and it was a good chicken sandwich with a salad for 33.17$.... More

Like pigs to the slaughterhouse, the Fairmont's captive guests get killed in the main dining room of the Chateau Montebello. Dinner buffet at $67 which gets you to over $100 a head after non alcoholic beverages, taxes and tip, is just ridiculous. The food was great, I grant you that. But come on.... We learnt our lesson and explored the... More

Buffet lunch is $41 and is terrible. Choices are limited. Food is poorly displayed. Half the counters and earners are empty. The food that is there is dried and un-appealing. They can only charge people so much because they are guests at the hotel where there is nothing else to eat and it's a pretty remote place, so basically "rip-off... More

We decided to have breakfast the first morning. Our waitress, Aline, was very nice. We did not get the buffet because it was too much food. Tried their delicious crêpes à l' érable! It you like it sweet it is a great choice! Try to have a seat near the windows!

We enjoyed our evening dining experience here and found the emphasis on local farm products and Quebec culinary tastes to be quite good.

We booked a weekend gastronomic package expecting extraordinary world-class food quality. It is really just ordinary, the salmon sahimi was overcooked, the magret tougher than it should be... And the wine pairing should be included to ensure a complete experience.

We enjoyed an excellent gourmet meal at this beautiful restaurant in Chateau Montebello. The four-course Seigneurial menu made for a wonderful dinner. We each tried dishes we'd never had before for openers, and enjoyed main courses of scallops and stuffed guinea hen. Service was excellent.
